We are Stoyan and Dessy from Bulgaria. We are not organization, neither a shelter, we are just an ordinary couple with a big dream. Everything we provide for the stray cats is coming from our own pockets or with the help of donations from our subscribers. We have 4 cats at home, all rescued from the streets - Sopolcho & Bagheera live with us while Alexa & Rijo live with Dessy's mom, who has been feeding and caring of stray animals for the last 10 years. Bulgaria is a small and poor country with lots of stray cats and not enough kind people to take them in. Our dream is to build a shelter where we could take care of many stray cats with the help of Dessy's mom. We posted about the dog on the social media in our country, and we were surprised how much interest he got. There were more than 30 requests for adoption. We chose carefully and the dog will go to a Russian woman who lives 200 km away in a house with another small breed dog.

I think that fear in his eyes to go out was because he thought he was being thrown back out into the same snow that almost killed him. He was thinking if he leaves the house he may not be able to go back in. Breaks my heart

Yeah me too. I’m always looking around if I see an animal in need. I donate to local organizations that help animals and I try my best. Animals are such special creatures ❤️

That’s exactly what I was thinking, especially after him being abandoned in the freezing snow. Poor thing was probably left outside a lot, perhaps as a punishment? He must’ve been frightened to go outside at first in case he would be locked out again. His big eyes seemed to be saying “don’t leave me outside”. Thank goodness that he met Stoyan and Dessy and is being given the chance of the life that he deserves in a loving home where he will be cared for properly.
This little angel is so blessed. I knew it wouldn't take long to find her forever home. There is a special place in heaven for those who selflessly rescue animals 🌹❤

My neighbors had a rat terrier, they mistreated him for years. So when they died their son had just walked away from the property. One day we were working in the back yard, an I saw a him climb the fence and jump off. He died this from time to time. Due to that was his home, so he was walking past the house, I couldn't leave him to wonder the roads. I yelled out his name, he stopped and looked at me. I kneeled down and he bursted into a dead run, that someone knew his name. He lived with me and my mother for 3 yrs, before he ended up passing away this past April. He loved his time with us, he got fed and knew no one was going to hit him, beat him with sticks. I knew they yelled at him, but never knew it was that bad. People and be the cruelest animal on this planet. We get pets and toss them away after they grow up. But we also have people that love and care for animals. I have always promised myself. If I had ever won the lottery. First thing I would do is open a pet haven no kill shelter. Any and all animals would be welcome. Have 24/7 around the clock vet service and people to walk and care for them. But thank you to this family that took the time, to walk outside in the cold an find this desperate animal in need. Nothing but good wishes go towards them and everyone that saves a life in this cruel world.

My sister saved a stray puppy with mange. She took him to a veterinarian who helped treat his mange. He lived 10 years of a good life in which he was spoiled but he deserved it. I miss him he was such a good boy :(

My parents adopted abused dog few years ago. They have a yard and the dog didn't enter my parent's house even once because he was too afraid :( He died some tine ago, but in his last years of life he had his own bowl full of food, warm kennel, two cat friends and a family that loved him :)

He would also have loved the cat food btw, but it wouldn't have been good for him. Dogs shouldn't eat cat food because of the different ingredients, e.g. taurin. Look at his innocence in his eyes and a little sadness, treated badly by a heartless human , beaten and left to wander the cold streets to suffer and dir when he is to tired to go on .

God bless you for rescuing this precious 💕😍 dog!!!! 4 years ago, my son rescued a 🐕🐶 dog who had just been hit by a car on a busy Street.... No major damage, thank God 🙏.... And she had 8 puppies 2 months later. (She must have been fleeing multiple attacking males). Anyway, 11 months later, she had another litter, this Time 9 puppies. So today, we still have Mama dog 🐕,and 9 of her children, and another dog that we already had, It's very hard taking care of 11 dogs, but I feel like God 🙏🌹🍀 sent us these animals. God bless 🙏 all the little pets 🐈 😺 🐕 of the world 🌍

The reason that we, as human beings love these dogs so much is because, they project a concept that every human being has deep down inside us, and sadly more times then not we ever show to one another. It is the ability to project an unconditional love towards someone else, regardless of their species, color, gender, beliefs, ect. We see this unfathomable love inside them that triggers this instinct in needing to protect these beautiful creatures at all cost. Because once you earn their love. . .they'll love you to their dying breathe.
