I just discovered you and really enjoy your lessons. I have aukulele but haven't played it much the past few years and your tutorials make me want to try again. Thank you.
@@StarlightUkes Thank you for that too. Sometimes, I just put myself down when it comes to singing, but singing does bring me joy, so I will continue to sing with all my "saltiness"
Just came across this video Dani, and it's wonderful! There's an extremely valuable lesson in here, which is that different chord voicings can be just as useful to a song as different chords. If you can play F and G in three different voicings each, you have, in a way, taken a two chord song like Dreams and turned it into a six chord song! It creates interest and gives your playing a unique sound. This is why it's so important to learn to play up the neck. Such a simple yet powerful lesson to learn!
Ahhh shux Gary, thank you :) Nani's event was so much fun! I hope you can find some helpful ideas on this youtube channel. Remember, you still have a coupon to use on classes because you were in Nani's audience. Email me! support@danijoymusic.com
Beautiful! Thank you! I learned the Girl from Ipanema with your video. I never thought I could do it but thanks to your teaching it I did. I will try this one. Thank you!
Oh yes, the vocals float so nicely over the top. Make sure you sing along with Stevie a few times before practicing. Get your strum nice and strong and THEN sing on top. You'll get it!
I could give you some pointers. Mainly I just listened to alot of awesome singers and tried to do what they did. I didn't always succeed, but I found my own voice that way :) A combo of alot of others blended with my specific anatomy. I love it when the Magic happens.
Hi Dani, you own that song....great video....Charlie Z here 😀
Thanks Charlie! Even though I forgot some words? (Better believe I have them down now! "It's only me who wants to wrap around your dreams.." :D

Oh that sounds lovely. I recognize your name, have we met?
Alas no Dani but perhaps one day. Take care
Love the G6 and Fmaj7
Oh yes! And when you hit them with a little more force it's like a crash of poetic thunder!
Thank you! Easy beautiful song, but I won't be able to sing like you! Your voice is beautiful!
No, but you can sing like you Mike :) So a Salty version :D
