- We updated our cabinet spraying system thanks to PaintLine's paint twirly & pro drying rack. We no longer have to bend over to spray to spray doors or drawers on the floor. Also we maximize space with the drying rack

I'm really digging that little rack. Simple but perfect for a job site. Thanks for posting this Man 👍
Whats awesome about it is that it unmounts with no tools & fits practically anywhere in the work van
@@brushplusrollerpaintingllc2537 yeah, I wasn't sure, but after seeing you with it , I need to grab one. Just saw it for like $165. I think. Thanks Again Sir.
Nice spraying👍 I have a 2.5 gallon pressure tank with 25ft of hose. I just put a one gallon can inside with 2-3 quarts of material. It makes spraying a lot easier when the tank is remote and on wheels. You don’t have to carry around a two quart tank. Just a suggestion that might make things a little easier👍
Just sprayed a couple doors. Now I’m wondering how long until the overspray builds up on the turntable stand. making it a hassle to adjust pegs and rotate eventually?
Nice concept 👌 but to slow with the hvlp, to me is faster with the airless and paint vertical
Great job!
I have a question... how long do you typically wait to flip them?? I know you're going to say 4 hours, when they're dry, the next day... but even though the paint is dry , it hasn't cured fully so it's will still be soft...won't the little skinny metal things that its resting on leave indentations? is that why you're doing the back side first? I'm a painter too... I usually spray my door up with cup hooks and hangers. I can usually shoot 2 coats of shellac and 2 coats of finish in the same day... but my setup takes up a lot of space... also im always being careful not to leave runs... S&W Emerald loves to run and I could only imagine Benjamin Moore Advance with the 8hour dry time...i've never seen a painter use advance and spray the doors up in any video on UA-cam LOL so I would like to try this method.. I just worry about indentation because it hasn't cured all the way... any advice would be greatly appreciated
Switch to a 2k poly waterborne u can 2 coat one side, wait an hour and 2 coat other side
Nice setup but you mentioned it's catalyzed and you're spraying without a respirator? That stuff releases isocyantes... I'm sure you're aware of the health implications of inhaling those when spraying a 2k product. Definitely mask up, even for spraying a demonstration video. Otherwise, good stuff and keep grinding.
Always use respirator and gloves with all 2 k
I like had problem hearing name of sprayer?
HVLP Graco 9.5
That looks like a very narrow spray pattern.
How not to spray..nice booth to start , don't worry about the vocs the environment will absorb them , and the best part was that 4 " fan 🤦♂️
Buenisimo
What Graco hvlp 9.5 unit are you using, I like the pressure pot system you are using, did you purchase that separate, nice work.
Hi Larry! Im using the Pro Contractor series, it doesnt come with the pressure pot so i bought it separately. Its actually the titan pressure pot. Buying it separately actually came out cheaper than buying the one that comes with the pressure pot
Question where did you get those stands rack from ?
Paint line
