    Ingredients:
    ✅ Pork ribs
    ✅ Mild American mustard (as a binder)
    ✅ Kansas Kick rub
    ✅ Oak wood (for smoking)
    ✅ Butter
    ✅ Brown sugar
    ✅ Honey
    ✅ Barbecue sauce
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Ribs:
    Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs using a knife.
    Trim any excess meat from the ribs.
    2. Apply the Binder and Rub:
    Coat the ribs with mild American mustard.
    Generously apply the Kansas Kick rub to the ribs.
    3. Set Up the Grill:
    Prepare the Weber grill for indirect cooking.
    Add oak wood for smoking.
    4. Smoke the Ribs:
    Place the ribs on the grill and smoke them for 2-3 hours.
    5. Prepare the Wrapping Ingredients:
    Lay out foil and add butter, brown sugar, and honey on the foil.
    6. Wrap the Ribs:
    Place the smoked ribs on the foil with the butter, brown sugar, and honey.
    Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil.
    7. Cook in Pizza Oven:
    Preheat the pizza oven to 250°F.
    Place the wrapped ribs in the oven and cook for 2 hours.
    8. Prepare the BBQ Sauce:
    Mix melted butter, barbecue sauce, and Kansas Kick rub in a bowl.
    9. Baste the Ribs:
    Remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap them.
    Brush the ribs with the prepared BBQ sauce.
    10. Finish on the Grill:
    Increase the Weber grill temperature to 300°F.
    Place the ribs back on the grill and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
    12. Serve:
    Remove the ribs from the grill.
