- Hijab Verdict: कर्नाटक (Karnataka) में जारी हिजाब विवाद (Hijab Row) के मामले में हाईकोई (Karnataka High Court) ने मंगलवार को बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए हिजाब (Hijab) पर बैन के खिलाफ दायर की गईं सभी याचिकाएं खारिज कर दी हैं. इसके साथ ही कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट (Karnataka High Court Verdict on Hijab Row) ने यह भी कहा है कि इस्लाम धर्म में हिजाब पहनना अनिवार्य नहीं है. वहीं इस फैसले पर शोएब जमई और डॉ. रिजवान आपस में भिडे़.

Some muslim are disrespecting the constitution in india, Some are not read constitution well yet. They are ignoring how much valid the points of constitution in which place. They just need fight...fight...fight. They think fight is real religion so they have huge pride on it. We know there is limit of the right, Some are ignoring the responsibilities.
According to the constitution there is no freedom of the dress in school&college.
Article 25 guarantees following 4 points.
1.The freedom of conscience religion to all citizens.
*Proof-It means moral sense of right or wrong, Use of your conscience,you can believe in which god you want, which religion you want.
2.The freedom to profess the religion to all citizens.
*Proof- whichever religion you believe, It doesn't matter to be a student.
3. The freedom of religion practice to all citizens.
*Proof- student don't go to school for religion practice. Because It's against the goal of school.
4. The freedom of propagate the religion to all citizens.
*Proof-student don't go to school for religion propagate. Because it's against the goal of school.
Restriction: Article 25 comes with a responsibility to ensure that the public order, morality and health are not compromised in the process.
Im respect human being, I know muslim-sisters are also human being, Im not the enemy of human being, my intention is not to hurt them. But my priority(dress code is the best) hurting them, I have nothing to say them.
Note: The essence of islam religion can alive even hijab ban in the school.
You can practice your religion outside the school&college.
Dressbcode and hijab can not go together.

THE verse of Hijab revealed in Quran to protect the modesty of woman who discharge excrete in open field. Muhammad initially oppose the idea of Hijab but later reluctantly promulgated it due to pressure from UMAR KHATTAB.
HIJAB is mandatory when ladies defecate in open field. It is not for all the times. Read the Sahih Hadith given below:-
Sahih al-Bukhari 6240
Narrated `Aisha:
(the wife of the Prophet) `Umar bin Al-Khattab used to say to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) "Let your wives be veiled" But he did not do so. The wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to go out to answer the call of nature at night only at Al-Manasi.' Once Sauda, the daughter of Zam`a went out and she was a tall woman. `Umar bin Al-Khattab saw her while he was in a gathering, and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda!" He (`Umar) said so as he was anxious for some Divine orders regarding the veil (the veiling of women.) So Allah revealed the Verse of veiling. (Al-Hijab; a complete body cover excluding the eyes). (See Hadith No. 148, Vol. 1)
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يَقُولُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم احْجُبْ نِسَاءَكَ. قَالَتْ فَلَمْ يَفْعَلْ، وَكَانَ أَزْوَاجُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْرُجْنَ لَيْلاً إِلَى لَيْلٍ قِبَلَ الْمَنَاصِعِ، خَرَجَتْ سَوْدَةُ بِنْتُ زَمْعَةَ، وَكَانَتِ امْرَأَةً طَوِيلَةً فَرَآهَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ وَهْوَ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ فَقَالَ عَرَفْتُكِ يَا سَوْدَةُ. حِرْصًا عَلَى أَنْ يُنْزَلَ الْحِجَابُ. قَالَتْ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ آيَةَ الْحِجَابِ.
