I have been enjoying walking in the early morning hours since last more than 35 years.
When my neuro Brain alerts me i am physically tired....i feel walking would take away my tiredness....& i go enjoy that walk any part of the day. The beauty,the kind of pleasure i derive is ultimate....no words to frame that state of mind.
Being with nature is a unique experience.
