@Will Lopez Great suggestion! Great Gatsby is a wonderful place to start with analyzing literature, I'll definitely jot it down on my list of topics to cover!
I found you through your comment on r/booktube. Your style of videos is what I've wanted for literature for a long time. Sort of like old school nerdwriter1, lessons from the screenplay etc. I would love to see you make longer content, lindsay ellis style, in the future.
I'm so glad you're enjoying the content so far! I am most definitely planning longer-form content as my budget grows. Anything in particular you'd like to see?
A very timely find! I’m studying Persuasion at University of Western Ontario and this topic of Austen’s free indirect speech is next up on the syllabus. Thank you so much.
I'd love to see an analysis of Don Quixote, Canterbury Tales or Beowulf. I'm aware of some of their historical and literary importance, but I've always been too daunted to pick them up. I'd be interested in learning some more about them!
What did you guys think? What do you think I should cover next?
Prose in The Great Gatsby
