JIB Industrial Relations - 50th Anniversary Video

One of the JIB’s core roles is to act as a go between for employers and employees, to help resolve disputes and ensure compliance with the JIB Agreement. The work the JIB does in this area has been extremely successful and has become well-respected across the industry and by Acas. By acting as an impartial body to bring people together to discuss and resolve issues around the table, along with representation from ECA and Unite the Union, it means the physical and mental cost of Employment Tribunal can be avoided.
