Finding your people or your roots is like being reborn ....it's a blessing if you can find out exactly what tribe and what launges they spoke and what there daily life was.....theres no other feeling of happiness and joy to finally find out what lies in your roots... that excitememt of what you know to be proud of for what you are and where you come from ...our ancestors should be greatly respected and honored when finally learning about them and being aware that they even exsisted is a big part ...nobody wants to be forgotten so lets honor them for all that they have done our ancestors tought us alot and we should honor and respect that as well 💖
One thing we tend to forget too is that through our weaknesses and mistakes we can help each other to grow if we let go of the hurt and pain and ask our creator what is being said to me through this person or situation. The creator loves to teach us so that we grow more in his likeness so that love will grow stronger. If we are impatient with each other through our weaknesses and mistakes then the growing gets stifled.

They have aliens and thought forms that even reside on the 4th dimension (astral) that help destroy us as well, through psychic means. They control us physically as well (the system, through certain laws...). I can go on and on, to just how victimized of a species we humans are. :) Not that you'd probably believe me anyways, or want to... There's a Earthing movement in which we as humans are starting to realize that if we allow ourselves to touch the earth with bare feet or bare skin we start to get stronger and we have stronger resistance to common colds and sicknesses that plague us year after year. I am a Vikings fan and the way I heard about it is from Aaron Rodgers who read a book called Earthing. I thank him for the recommendation but hate him for what he does to the Vikings year after year

I watched a useful interview on Gayokla Nichi, who provided some of his interesting insights into how spirit world plays upon or effects human spirit in this world. Some things that can't be explained is better off not being explained as long as u understand you shouldnt have to exsplain not all things deserve an explanation just like we shouldn't have to question our creater but have faith in him and just live the life he blessed us with on Earth and the universe he created for us to live learn and to enjoy the jorney of life he has given us .....it's up to us to do right and how we live and survive our jorney in life 💖 I would love to learn more about my ancestors and how I can be spiritually close to them and keep them in my heart and spread love in honor of life they have given to earth when they were here ...I want to be able to feel I am trying to connect with my ancestors to show them great honor and respect and to let them Kno I'm aware of there past meaning when they were alive walking on the same earth we are Walking on today...I want to show them how much we appreciate there life and teachings they have shown us thru out generations to generations ....I Kno there spirits are very strong cause Everytime I go to a pow wow or even just listening to the music moves my spirit and gives me a signe of releaf like I'm home like I am in some kind of way apart of them like apart of there tribe ...I feel loved and missed ....I just want to give thanks and give back to my ancestors ....our ancestors our important and should be respected and known of there life and hard work they have done to keep and provide a healthy on going blood line passed down generation to generation... they will never be forgotten as long as we keep there traditions going and keep teaching and telling people about them ....u never Kno how ppl react to learning about there ancestors like me my parents never really talked about my ancestors only because she was adopted so she really never knew of her ancestors same as my dad but he beleaves we have some kind of Indian in us but doesn't spacifically know what region or tribe but in due time I wish to find out so I can properly give my thanks honor and respect to my people who lived before me because if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be hear ...if it wasn't for there way of life and how they survived there jorney here on the same earth we we're born and raised on ...we wouldn't know how to survive earth it's self ...the nature and the healing of earth from what it already has ...if it wasn't for our ancestors we wouldn't know how to live life on Earth the natural way ...we wouldn't know how to heal our flesh wounds or how to eat ....we wouldn't know how to live to survive on earth .....I just want to feel that I am giveing my all top most respect to my ancestors and to spiritually give back to them in honor of remembering them and wanting to learn more about them in my heart and soul to feel close to them like I have found my long lost family like I have reunited with my ancestors spiritually .....I have so much love and respect because family is everything to me and I would love to continue to show love and respect in a traditional way and would love to pass it down to my kids and grandkids ....I want to get close to my ancestors so I feel that they know they are never forgotten and so they can see and understand how much I am wanting and willing to try and get connected with them again and to keep there way of life going

What if a God, or the Great Spirit went and created the earth and the universe in a way that leads us to believe that there was possibly something before it was created. My ancestral Grandfather in 1492, when we supposedly were discovered, was Caonabo, my Grandmother was Anacaona together they were the Mayor Caciques of that time, Caonabo the Cacique who became CARIBE for the first time in our history. Caribe was a descriptive word that was very hard for me to understand even to this day.... my best meaning is and what I understood after many years is....The devil incarnated. It was told to me many times to calm my young spirit down from anguish when I used to hear them speak and describe the works and magnitude of selfless brutality this sound conveyed that they assured me that it is impossible to become Caribe voluntarily. To become one is only possible if the God of the Universe himself allows it for his glory. So, why did the godhead of his people become one?; When he realized that his hope of being able to finally see with his own eyes what his people were so anciently waiting for for so long was not true but a total lie. Engulfed in deep spiritual mourning over the fact that the person that he believed to be the Great Cacique of our past turned out to be a salvage. They came not to love but to rape, not to give but to take, not to heal but to kill. So he was turned CARIBE for the first time in his life. Then he proceeded to destroy their fort “La Navidad”, killed all but a few, took all their possessions and forced the saved ones under submission to teach us how to use and operate their foreign weapons and prepared for the return of the in basils. WAR was declared. It took trickery from the Spaniards to be able to submit, capture and then kill this great man. CAONABO After he was dead his wife continued with the struggle until she was tricked once again like her husband had been tricked into committing a larger mistake; remembering the Taino’s way of life, trusting and believing their intention for peace she was convinced to gather all the Caciques of the Islands to meet in a formal consul to negotiate peace amongst them; as the Caciques were seated and waiting inside the palace meeting hall and my Grandmother was outside inquiring why was taking so long to commence the meeting and talking to them, she witnessed with her own eyes how the soldiers of the enemy closed down the assembly and put it ablaze killing all inside it. Later as an example to her people she was hanged in the great plaza, cut into pieces and her bones and flesh were displayed all over the land. Our people fell under a dark cloud of an intense feeling of mourning, anguish, and hate and now we all became CARIBE against them. Fleeing for their lives, they mistakenly forgot about her young daughter, my ancestral Grandmother who was immediately protected and concealed. later she married my ancestral Grandfather known all over the world as Cacique Enriquillo. Tainos from birth, both of them became submissive to the new order and followed willingly the newly established laws and ordinances enforced by the new rulers. Knowing who they were in secret and what they represented to the people they submitted themselves to the point of becoming slaves under the new law of retribution and repartition established by Spain. Under their new master they followed instructions and obeyed faithfully and with joy were baptized with foreign names and they would have continued like this into death, but their master committed a grave mistake - He tried to commit the sin of rape. They ran away and in hiding, under the darkness of the night he was made CARIBE and felt, this awful taste and this intense pain in the heart for the first time in his life and because he was trapped with no way to go he submitted to the evil that he felt within and declared WAR again.. The war that he and his braves orchestrated lasted for another 20 years until the King of Spain himself was obliged to offer the first peace treaty of the new world to him under Enriquillo terms in order to stop the bloodshed of his Spaniards people. The treaty was honored for a few years until they killed him, The Cacique was buried in his sacred grounds in the area of the country were he specified under his terms in the treaty. Of course, his tomb became a place of pilgrimage for our people until they neglected their contract, abounded their words sealed and signed by their Kings, desecrated his tumb and built a Catholic church on top of his bones. They did not learn from the past and Spanish blood started to inundate the land again until they discovered the perfect weapon to submit our rage and destroy our race...the biological weapon of decease used to genocide our people all over the Americas. Now you know why the sea surrounding our Islands is not called today the Taino sea but it acquired the name of the Caribbean Sea because of all the years of suffering by millions of people from both sides of the conflict shedding their blood-fighting courageously for a just and Godly cause... to protect the lives and future of our people in the continents. Finding your people or your roots is like being reborn ....it's a blessing if you can find out exactly what tribe and what launges they spoke and what there daily life was.....theres no other feeling of happiness and joy to finally find out what lies in your roots... that excitememt of what you know to be proud of for what you are and where you come from ...our ancestors should be greatly respected and honored when finally learning about them and being aware that they even exsisted is a big part ...nobody wants to be forgotten so lets honor them for all that they have done our ancestors tought us alot and we should honor and respect that as well 💖

One thing we tend to forget too is that through our weaknesses and mistakes we can help each other to grow if we let go of the hurt and pain and ask our creator what is being said to me through this person or situation. The creator loves to teach us so that we grow more in his likeness so that love will grow stronger. If we are impatient with each other through our weaknesses and mistakes then the growing gets stifled.

A lot of people today are afraid of a simpler life. Afraid of the work, the danger, the isolation. It goes against all modern societal beleifs. But these fears were put onto them by civilization, and they are blocking the freedom of simplicity and nature. This is what I have come to beleive.

They have aliens and thought forms that even reside on the 4th dimension (astral) that help destroy us as well, through psychic means. They control us physically as well (the system, through certain laws...). I can go on and on, to just how victimized of a species we humans are. :) Not that you'd probably believe me anyways, or want to... For all I know, you already do, and you're just covering FOR the system... Maybe you don't have a choice though? If so, very little? Maybe you do? If it's the third, then shame on you.
There's a Earthing movement in which we as humans are starting to realize that if we allow ourselves to touch the earth with bare feet or bare skin we start to get stronger and we have stronger resistance to common colds and sicknesses that plague us year after year. I am a Vikings fan and the way I heard about it is from Aaron Rodgers who read a book called Earthing. I thank him for the recommendation but hate him for what he does to the Vikings year after year

I SHOWED THEM, & THAT IDIOT SURGEON WANTED TO STILL PUT THAT CRAP IN MY BACK LEAVE IT THERE FOR 3 TO SIX MONTHS THEN GO BACK IN & TAKE IT ALL OUT, I TOLD HIM THAT WASN'T ONLY INSANE IT WAS LUDICROUS DISSOLVE OVER TIME DIDN'T DISSOLVE ABOUT 2 TO 3 YEARS LATER I HAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE PIMPLES OR CYSTS FORM ON EACH END OF THE SCAR, & ONE DAY AT WORK I CRAWLED FOR A LIVING I WENT TO THE BATHROOM, & NOTICED AS I WAS DROPPING MY JEANS SOMETHING ON MY KNEE WASN'T ALLOWING THEM TO GO DOWN ANY FARTHER, WELL THE CYST HAD POOPED SLIGHTLY & SCABBED TO MY LEVIS, I WORKED THE JEANS FROM THE SCAB & SAW SOMETHING STICKING 1/4 AN INCH OUT OF THAT END OF THE SCAR, i SQUEEZED IT LIKE IT WAS A PIMPLE & 1/2 INCH OF STRING LOOKING STUFF ALL COATED IN WHITE PIMPLE OR CYST STUFF POOPED OUT SO I GRABBED IT & PULLED, AS I PULLED IT WAS A VERY VERY WEIRD FEELING LIKE A SHOELACE BEING PULL;ED OUT FROM A SINGLE SIDE, & ONCE IT WAS OUT IT HAD A LUMPY CORKSCREW LOOKING APPEARANCE FROM HOW IT SPIRALED UP ONCE REMOVED, IT WAS EASILY 1 & 1/2 TIMES LONGER THAN THE SCAR ON MY KNEE IF NOT LONGER, ANYWAY I SQUEEZED THE SPOT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MY KNEE & OUT POPPED A STRAIGHT STRING JUST A BIT LONGER THAN THE SCAR, i SHOWED IT TO MY HELPER THAT WAS WORKING WITH ME AT THE TIME HE SAID THAT WAS GROSS, i AGREED COMPLETELY & TOSSED THOSE DISSOLVABLE STITCHES & FINISHED THAT JOB, MY KNEE ACTUALLY FELT BETTER THAN IT HAD SINCE THE SURGERY AFTER REMOVING THOSE NON DISSOLVING INTERNAL STITCHES, WELL ABOUT 4 YEARS AFTER THAT FAILED BACK SURGERY THAT SAME THING HAPPENED i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eason and observation cannot alone explain our universe. Our whole understanding of the creation of earth could be completely wrong. What if a God, or the Great Spirit went and created the earth and the universe in a way that leads us to believe that there was possibly something before it was created. When every person is born we all are innocents, tender and in need of care; don't you agree? But, even though we are tiny, fragile and with soft skins, we all carry steal a great burden into life...The previous history of the life lived by our ancestors; is this right? We only know how great or small it is when we are told of it, but we are all born innocent of the previous acts of humanity. I was born on the 27th of February in the year of our Lord 1964 the day of the independence of the great land of my people Haiti Quisqueya, today known as Haiti/Dominican Republic, to a mother named Indiana and a father named Caonabo Garcia; the last silent Cacique of my land. As the time of my departure to safety in the Super Power of the time the United States of America drew near, even though I was not fully of age, I was told our cruel reality and the dangers of revealing our well-kept secret to the world. My ancestral Grandfather in 1492, when we supposedly were discovered, was Caonabo, my Grandmother was Anacaona together they were the Mayor Caciques of that time, Caonabo the Cacique who became CARIBE for the first time in our history. Caribe was a descriptive word that was very hard for me to understand even to this day.... my best meaning is and what I understood after many years is....The devil incarnated. It was told to me many times to calm my young spirit down from anguish when I used to hear them speak and describe the works and magnitude of selfless brutality this sound conveyed that they assured me that it is impossible to become Caribe voluntarily. To become one is only possible if the God of the Universe himself allows it for his glory. So, why did the godhead of his people become one?; When he realized that his hope of being able to finally see with his own eyes what his people were so anciently waiting for for so long was not true but a total lie. Engulfed in deep spiritual mourning over the fact that the person that he believed to be the Great Cacique of our past turned out to be a salvage. They came not to love but to rape, not to give but to take, not to heal but to kill. So he was turned CARIBE for the first time in his life. Then he proceeded to destroy their fort “La Navidad”, killed all but a few, took all their possessions and forced the saved ones under submission to teach us how to use and operate their foreign weapons and prepared for the return of the in basils. WAR was declared. It took trickery from the Spaniards to be able to submit, capture and then kill this great man. CAONABO After he was dead his wife continued with the struggle until she was tricked once again like her husband had been tricked into committing a larger mistake; remembering the Taino’s way of life, trusting and believing their intention for peace she was convinced to gather all the Caciques of the Islands to meet in a formal consul to negotiate peace amongst them; as the Caciques were seated and waiting inside the palace meeting hall and my Grandmother was outside inquiring why was taking so long to commence the meeting and talking to them, she witnessed with her own eyes how the soldiers of the enemy closed down the assembly and put it ablaze killing all inside it. Later as an example to her people she was hanged in the great plaza, cut into pieces and her bones and flesh were displayed all over the land. Our people fell under a dark cloud of an intense feeling of mourning, anguish, and hate and now we all became CARIBE against them. Fleeing for their lives, they mistakenly forgot about her young daughter, my ancestral Grandmother who was immediately protected and concealed. later she married my ancestral Grandfather known all over the world as Cacique Enriquillo.

Under their new master they followed instructions and obeyed faithfully and with joy were baptized with foreign names and they would have continued like this into death, but their master committed a grave mistake - He tried to commit the sin of rape. They did not learn from the past and Spanish blood started to inundate the land again until they discovered the perfect weapon to submit our rage and destroy our race...the biological weapon of decease used to genocide our people all over the Americas.
Now you know why the sea surrounding our Islands is not called today the Taino sea but it acquired the name of the Caribbean Sea because of all the years of suffering by millions of people from both sides of the conflict shedding their blood-fighting courageously for a just and Godly cause... to protect the lives and future of our people in the continents.
