Lunch and Learn about National Grid Programs for Water Resource Recovery Facilities

There’s a lot in store for Water Resource Recovery Facilities (WRRFs)! WRRFs are a major focus of U.S. Department of Energy programs for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. And states like Massachusetts are working on transitioning away from high-carbon fossil fuels. By creating renewable natural gas (RNG) and biofuels, WRRFs can be part of the solution. New policies and financial incentives are being developed and WRRFs need to be in on these conversations.
