I already loved you but as a Japanese girl, the amount of respect you have for the Japanese culture and people has made me more than just love your online persona but admire the person that you are. Thank you. Truly.
It is so refreshing to see someone who's being culturally sensitive while abroad, even at Disney, haha. This is one of the most wholesome Tokyo Disney series I've seen, and I can't wait to see the rest. By the way, they call the Main Street over there "World Bazaar", I believe.
I am Japanese and I love Tokyo Disney Resoat. I am so happy to see you enjoying Tokyo Disneyland! I want to say thank you for your understanding about Japanese culture. I became your big fun! I can't wait to watch next video😃
As a fifty year old that has never flown and is terrified of flying, this is most likely the closest I will ever get to seeing Tokyo Disneyland! With all of your emotions and the beauty you captured I feel like I'm right their with you seeing Tokyo Disneyland for the first time! Just wanted to say Thank you for that!
Adam!! I am so proud of you and how you handled your travel day. You are amazing! Also, you are such a kind and thoughtful human. Bringing chocolates for the flight crew, pins for cast members, and even blurring faces for respect of others. Wow! Your family must be so proud of you. They raised an awesome person! Thanks for this series!❤
I've watched several Tokyo Disney vlogs and yours stands out as the best for several reasons: the obvious care and effort you've put into learning about Japanese culture, the way you're conveying how things make you feel and what causes anxiety for you, and sharing so much information like providing the cost exchange when showing prices - amazing! Plus, your emotions are contagious. I cannot wait to see more!
"That's what she said" had me spit my drink. Just loved seeing your excitement and having that 1st time joy again. So excited to see the next vlog. I bet Gary was already eyeing the hotel freebies. 😂
Tokyo Disney is still magical! The culture is so respectful and makes the experience more enjoyable! Kudos to you for trying to learn key phrases in Japanese. Such a great video, really loved the Beauty and the Beast ride. Appreciate your review and tips at the end of the vlog👍
At first I was a little bummed this wasn't an Adam/Gary C duo adventure, only because I could watch those shenanigans endlessly. But now that I'm seeing how gorgeous uhhh EVERYTHING is, I realize the tactic of a solo adventure. I'm not sure Gary C would even have the phone storage to capture Main Street, let alone the full magic of the park. 😂 I'm only 20 minutes in, and I'm enjoying the video immensely!
You should be really proud of yourself for going. I get the worst social anxiety and crowds make me feel so anxious as well as the travel and language barrier. I’ve wanted to go here for the longest time and seeing you do it and solo has made me feel much more comfortable x
I’d been looking forward to watching this vlog all week, and I’m so happy❤Your reaction to walking through the World Bazaar for the first time and experiencing Beauty and the Beast was genuinely moving. It’s so magical that you’re able to share that special feeling of “visiting Disneyland” with us through your vlogs. Also, your respect and effort to learn about our culture truly show what a wonderful person you are. Arigato, Adam so much, and I can’t wait for the next Fantasy Springs vlog!
Adam, this is so exciting to watch and also how excited you are just to be there! I am looking forward to the entire series of this trip!! I can’t wait for the next episode!! 🎉❤
I usually don’t comment but I lost my dad last week and have been in grief. Ive just found your channel and your beautiful energy and incredible travels have been such a calming help and escape/healing for me. I hope you and other content creators realize how impactful it can be to put out wholesome positive videos. They can be incredibly comforting on hard days. Im looking forward to following more of your adventures.❤
I am so genuinely excited and thrilled about this series. I have never watched a Tokyo Disney trip as I am a creature of habit, and tend to watch my fave vloggers(you) over and over again. Your trip is giving me my first glimpse into the Japanese parks and I honestly feel like I'm there with you. This is so fun and I'm having a great time watching. Can't wait for next week!!
This vlog series makes me feel more confident that i'll be able to navigate all the things (airport, transportation, language barrier, etc). Thank you for all your videos. They are super informative and helpful.
BIG fan and so appreciative of the wrap-up you’ve done at the end of each of these vlogs - not only for giving us the info and facts, but for doing a mental check-in as well. As someone who has been to the American-based parks time and time again and still occasionally struggles with large crowds and unfamiliar social situations, I so appreciate you describing your days from an anxiety-conscious perspective as well. This vlog series has already given me more of the confidence that I need to travel internationally. Thank you, Adam! Can’t wait for Fantasy Springs ❤
I knew you wouldn't disappoint with how in depth and detailed these videos would be! You make your videos uniquely immersive where it feels like I'm along with you and not just watching clips, if that makes sense! Very excited for more!
Adam these vlogs have been phenomenal! The detail you show truly makes me feel like I’m there with you and experiencing all the same emotions. Thank you so much for bringing some of the magic to us. Tokyo Disney is 100% on my bucket list!!
Very informative vlog as always Adam. You cover everything that anyone would want to know making it easier for anyone who is anxious about traveling to Tokyo believe they can do it 👍
I know its a long flight & long lines, but I hope Gary joins Adam at Tokyo Disneyland soon. An epic vacation like this needs to be a shared experience. Adam really did so much preparation for this trip, and it shows & paid off...well done!
Thank you so very much for doing this series! I love the respect you have for the Japanese culture and the people. Thank you for showing how easy it is to communicate at Tokyo Disney when not speaking Japanese .🙂
We've learned from going to Japan a few times, we need the first day to be a chill day to try and get over the jet lag. It's impressive that you went straight to the parks the day after you arrived!
I am gaining so much confidence watching your vlogs! I have always wanted to travel to tokyo Disney, but have felt overwhelmed by language/culture differences. You are so respectful and wonderful at explaining your experiences. Thank you!
Found you from your videos with Jen, but have been a subscriber for a while…I love your videos and similarly I was hoping this would be a Gary C. adventure but I know you scoping everything out first is just the amazing part of your friendship! I’m from Japan but live in the states and the amount of effort you made into learning some of the language and culture ahead of your visit is just such amazing. So respectful! I can’t wait to watch the rest of your stay. ❤ Happy Holidays!!!
You look so relaxed and happy it's really classy how you've learnt some Japanese phrases.Thank you for all the research and info that you provide not all Disney vloggers are so consise
Adam this has been so fun. Excited to see you embrace how the Japanese do a park day. You've just gotta wait in the line. I'm impressed how much you got to do on your first day! Can't wait to see the rest.
I’m afraid I’m going to comment way too much on this vlog series! I just watched you walking in the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland & you literally looked the exact same way we did when we first saw their “Main Street”! We were there at the same time of the year in 2019 & the Christmas lights & music at night were so beautiful. Fantasy Springs wasn’t open yet but we made a beeline to Pooh’s Hunny Hunt! I am so loving watching! What a great Holiday gift! Thank You!
Great Review!! Really appreciate the conscious efforts you are making to be respectful of the culture I have grown to love over my last 28 years living here. I know exactly how you feel about Beauty and the Beast ride. Ridden it 28 times now and tear up every time. Can’t wait to see you walk into Disney SEA for the first time ever. . .
Oh Adam, just from your face on that beauty and the beast ride, I felt all the emotions. I'm watching this vlog now, and I'm just smiling along with you. I can't wait to experience Tokyo Disney in 2028 for my 40th!! X
Oh Adam what an amazing day you had! I think you did amazingly well to do everything you did on your first day! It`s lovely to see you being so respectful of the culture, as one should be when travelling but often are not unfortunately. It seems as if the prices for merch and food are lower than the States just from what I`ve seen.I`m totally with you on the issue of crowds though, I find it just too overwhelming! You did really well though. I`m really looking forward to the rest of the trip. Love from Canada.
Loving this series so much! Loving your excitement and happiness. I know I’ll never make it to Tokyo Disneyland, so it’s great to live it through you and witness you experience everything for the first time. Also loving you including merchandise prices/conversions on the screen, much appreciated. Can’t wait for the next vlog. Merry Christmas!
As someone who will be visiting Tokyo Disneyland for the first time in 2025 from the States, thank you! I learned so much from this video and cannot wait to keep learning through the series. I cried with you - I am so happy for you! You finally made it!💞
Adam, this was one of the most enjoyable videos I have ever watched! I love how you shared everything- your enthusiasm for Disney really shows and you made me tear up several times! I have been to Tokyo Disneyland, and it brought back so many memories! I actually was there on the last day before they closed it all down for Covid. I had plans to go for 3 days and only got the one day. I didn't buy much because like you, I planned to get everything on the last day. Sadly I didn't get the chance. I hope to return someday and fulfill my dreams of Disney Sea which I didn't get to see, but I was so close. I cannot wait for the next vlog!!!!!
I dream of going to Disney Tokyo one day. And I'm definitely saving this series of videos for all the information in it for when I do get there :D. Hope you had a magical trip!
We've learned from traveling to Japan to always take an empty suitcase for souvenirs and snacks. If you have to buy another piece of luggage, try to find a Don Quijote store. They have cheap good quality luggage, and they have lots of snacks too, like the different flavors of Kit Kat!
Oh my goodness… I Iove this video! I’m only at the end of Beauty and the Beast and it’s the best Tokyo Disney vlog I’ve seen! We went for the first time in November this year, it’s so lovely to see everything again and re-live the experiences. Sometimes it’s hard to take it all in for the first time! I can’t wait to watch more from this trip. Thank you for sharing all of this! ❤
This was amazing! It's so nice seeing you have that magical feeling of being in a new Disney park. And that hotel is seriously SO pretty! I'm in loveee ❤
I loved my visit to Tokyo Disneyland in October, what was truly unexpected is when I went into an attraction with my video camera they would direct me personally to the front of any ride so I would get the perfect spot to film! I love this place, they are the best!
Fun Fact: Those pillars at the entry to Tomorrowland are a nod to the original pillars which were water features at the entrance to WDW’s Tomorrowland back in the 1970’s
Look at all that detail: the moldings, the coffered and coved ceilings! Definitely adds to the warmth of the hotel vibe. About as far away as you can get from mid-century modern. A feeling of permanence and establishment.
Insightful, informative, and authentically generous! As someone has the great fortune to have visit theTokyo parks numerous times, I find your joy for experience to be infectious and just what I needed as I await my next trip in March of 2025. I so appreciate how you show how simply learning a bit of Japanese so goes so for in demonstrating respect for the local people. Looking forward to watching the whole series. I hope you are able to visit the Hong Kong and Shanghai parks as well. They both offer something unique and worth the trip.
We were there in October and were amazed at the dedication of what we called ‘the parade people’. They waited for HOURS for the first parade, stood and watched and then sat right back down for the second a few more hours later in the blazing heat. Some were having a nap under umbrellas, but how they just sat for hours I don’t know!
In the process of researching our first trip to Japan which will be in 2026. These videos have come just at the right time and now a few trips to Tokyo Disneyland are now on the agenda. Keep up the good work.
I absolutely loved every part of this vlog! The emotion and excitement radiated through the vlog and I felt like I was tearing up with you the whole time! 🤣 thank you Adam, a fave to watch! ❤
My room this past July had a view of the park entrance and monorail. I could open the balcony (decorative) about 2 inches and listen to the wonderful music! It was amazing!! Plus the breakfast buffet is fantastic!
You really hit on why Tokyo Disney IS so much more magical & it’s all because of the Japanese people! After living in Japan for 8 years, I always say it made me want to be a better person. When you go to that park all you get are smiles & happy interactions all day long.
Lovely video Adam - your excitement is contagious! I just subscribed. I've been to TDR twice before and always on weekdays during a quiet period. The parks do get a lot emptier, trust me! We used the free passes for the busiest attractions and never waited more than 20mins max for any other ride. Restaurants and popcorn rarely had more than a 5-10min wait. BTW I think the reason the fireworks are quite small in Tokyo is due to the parks being under the flight path - it is functional air space for planes so unlike other parks they have certain restrictions on fireworks.
Thank you so much for chance to WIN thats kind of you to do. I enjoy ALL of your blogs, and this was no exception great as always..especially since i will never get the chance to go to Tokyo. hope you have a HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎉🎊
So…it appears I’m late to the Adam H show 😂 I’m a Dlp person really but I’m completely loving this vlog series. You’re so lovely and Tokyo looks amazing!!!
I already loved you but as a Japanese girl, the amount of respect you have for the Japanese culture and people has made me more than just love your online persona but admire the person that you are. Thank you. Truly.
🥹🥹🥹 that is the sweetest and most heartwarming comment I could have ever hoped to get on this series. Thank you so so much Juliak ❤️✨
You glowed differently this episode. Your happiness is contagious, you belong here!! I already hope you go back to Tokyo!❤
🥰 Oh I'll be going back for sure 👀
@@adamhattan can't wait to see you with gary in Tokio Disneyland!!! You both make me smile instantly, each time.
It is so refreshing to see someone who's being culturally sensitive while abroad, even at Disney, haha. This is one of the most wholesome Tokyo Disney series I've seen, and I can't wait to see the rest. By the way, they call the Main Street over there "World Bazaar", I believe.

LOVE the fact you are covering so much of the detail that would help others visit.
Adam!! I am so proud of you and how you handled your travel day. You are amazing! Also, you are such a kind and thoughtful human. I love it. Thank you for being culturally aware of what country you are in. It makes a huge difference for them and us as a community.

One of the reasons I love your Disney vlogs so much is your excitement in every park you go. It's what the Disney magic is supposed to feel like.
Adam, I don’t think I closed my mouth the entire Beauty and the Beast ride. Wow! I live vicariously through you! ❤
Love that you put the conversion prices in the bottom left-hand corner. Very appreciative.
So glad you like them! 😊 Thanks for watching Gregory ✨
Adam, this is so exciting to watch and also how excited you are just to be there! I am looking forward to the entire series of this trip!! I can’t wait for the next episode!! 🎉❤

日本に来てくれてありがとう!😍
喜んでる姿をみて、こっちまで幸せな気持ちになった💓私は日本に来た海外の人の嬉しそうな反応を観るのが大好きです🥰🥰
This vlog series makes me feel more confident that i'll be able to navigate all the things (airport, transportation, language barrier, etc). Thank you for all your videos. They are super informative and helpful.
Adam, all your vlogs are just so joyous and positive. Thank you as always, this vlog series is ❤❤
Adam while eating your popcorn you had Mickey ears because of the hanging flower baskets 😂

Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for the support!
Absolutely love your vlogs, but this trip just looks amazing, you can see the Disney magic through your eyes! I love it😍😍
Very informative vlog as always Adam. You cover everything that anyone would want to know making it easier for anyone who is anxious about traveling to Tokyo believe they can do it 👍
A fabulous vlog, I just love the way you convey your excitement and pure joy for all things Disney :-)

This gave me so many feels! I went to Disney Tokyo as part of my honeymoon in August and was just as in awe as you were! What I’d give to go back!
Adam this has been so fun. Excited to see you embrace how the Japanese do a park day. You've just gotta wait in the line. I'm impressed how much you got to do on your first day! Can't wait to see the rest.
I cried on the beauty and the beast ride, when it got to the ball room dance, I agree, best ride ever. ❤
I’m not someone who dislikes the new Cinderella castle paint job, but boy did it make my heart flutter to see her in her classic blue again.
What a perfect gift just before Christmas!! I loved this video it was like a dose of magic ✨

Loving the fact you get to experience a ‘first’ Disney again, amazing to see
Looks like you had a great time. I wish Disney World was clean and respectful like it is over there and the rides looked amazing.!!!!
I am enjoying your excitement experiencing a new park.

That Cinderella room looks immaculate, might have been redecorated,.Tokyo looks clean too.
Not me almost crying just watching the B&B ride
The most magical parks! A wonderful start to the trip! ❤

32:00 minutes. You were sat with hidden Mickey ears on while eating Popcorn 😂🐭
Thank you for taking us along. Your excitement is so infectious. Love love love following you.😊
So magical! Loved coming along virtually with your first experience of the park. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
Your reaction to the animatronics in Beauty and the Beast had me crying 🤣 literally like 👁️👄👁️ they look AMAZING
Looks like I need to add this to my list of travels.😊

Your videos both from Paris and Tokyo have made my last few days, so much easier to get through. You got a new permanent follower❤
When you eat your popcorn, it looks like a hidden mickey with the two hanging baskets of flowers behind your head 😅
Look at all that detail: the moldings, the coffered and coved ceilings! Definitely adds to the warmth of the hotel vibe. About as far away as you can get from mid-century modern. A feeling of permanence and establishment.
