    Dopo l'accensione con aviatore 1.9 Diesel da 65 bhp, piccola prova.
    Alla fine del filmato simpatico, incidente (senza conseguenze) che ha coinvolto uno sbadato ragazzo in scooter, che invece di osservare le auto ferme in colonna davanti a lui, ammirava la MitoRD.

    At the end of the movie, funny accident (without consequences) that involved one careless boy on a scooter, that instead of watching the cars waiting in a column in front of him, admired MitoRD.

    After watching this bike on the track, it’s great to see the images of what it looks like! That’s a very neat job of installing the Yamaha 350 twin engine in a frame meant for a 125 single cylinder! Was it a hard job? Are there more pictures available online, and more information? I would LOVE to see more images, and learn more about the conversion… Was there any thought of installing a 350 (or larger) two-stroke single from a MX or enduro bike? Or perhaps the motor from an Aprilia RS 250, which can easily be tuned to give a comparable 65 h.p.? I guess the rear cylinder of a V configuration engine would have created even more issues and head-aches… I love two-strokes, and still have a 1985 350 YPVS and a 1996 Aprillia RS 250. I see that this video is from 2014, and you probably have moved on to other things (hopefully other projects!), but it is fun to imagine a limited production of 20-50 of these! I believe there are enough people who would eagerly buy one (me!) to make it worthwhile- what a fun track or back-road bike it would be! Perhaps the sound and smell of two-strokes is truly addictive!     I love this conversation, wanna have it in my mito also but i have two left hands and cant do this.
    Exist a Shop with good mechanics and good reputation which make this engine swap?

      Markus R. You should inform if in your area, there are mechanics who make custom bikes, or in preparation for racing

      Ok, i take a look for this.
      I love my mito so much but the 30 hp sucks! With the rd engine it must be awesome.
      How much Power have your engine? 60 hp?

      Markus R. Currently develops 63 horses between 6 / 7K rpm, but there is still room for improvement. Maybe 65/70 horses given to perfection

      no, the frame haven't problem for the more power. Need only of a subframe for mounting the Yamaha engine without modifications. If you want i can to sale the kit

      La moto è totalmente custom, la base di partenza è un telaio di un Cagiva Mito, il motore invece di una Yamaha RD350 bicilindrico 2t. In olanda riescono ad omologarle anche per l'uso stradale...

      @@stephancar anche in UK la puoi omologare. Per queste cose, l’Italia è un paese di merda. Moto rubata confiscata? Finisce dritta allo sfascio, all’estero metti qualche firma ed è tua per due soldi. Il precedente proprietario non pagava il bollo? Targa nuova, magari una bella GL o GM su una macchina degli anni 70, dopo aver speso un capitale alla motorizzazione o in scuola guida per tutte le pratiche. All’estero, puoi avere targa e libretto in due settimane scarse.
      Se pensassero a quanti bolli e assicurazioni potrebbero vendere agli appassionati, quegli INCOMPETENTI che ci governano, si renderebbero conto di quanto vale un mercato che, a oggi, genera solo milioni di tonnellate di rottame, mentre gli appassionati diventano matti ai mercatini per pagare a peso d’oro una freccia o uno specchietto.
      Sogno un ministro dei trasporti magari Harleysta, tatuato e con una collezione di auto e moto d’epoca.
