That’s actually a glitch that I’ll try to explain quickly. I’ve only seen this work when it’s placed after the water, but if a boat is on the smallest water block, it will just fall through the floor. If you jump in while it’s falling, your head will then stick out of the ground. And if it’s done over a one block area, you are able to just faze through with the boat. Hope this kinda explains it!
