Love Ellis Island....so laid back there....good players club play comps.....love the food....never had a bad dealer there....always helpful and very appreciative of tips
Makes me want to visit Vegas again. ...Claude
Your dark side friends drove me crazy hanging his hands over the table during the throws.
Great video as always!
I like how the 4 dealers keep there tips to just the 4 of them. That was announced to us just before they opened the table. Yes the 4 dealers at the table I played at were great and very knowledgeable.
Absolutely!!
Work for your own tips and it will change your mindset as well. Can't hide on a $5 blackjack table or big six wheel when you are having a bad day if you keep your own tips.
Thanks for showing this! I discovered Ellis Island in 2006 and have visited on all my trips ever since. Great place that has everything!
Very cool!
I played craps for the first time at Ellis island! I loved the dealers there, they were SO friendly and they helped me have a great time! I think I had beginners luck because I was a hot shooter for most of my turns 😂
Enjoyed the game. A cold table, but I can play both ways so fun to watch. Funny how only the man in the corner used don"t pass. Then slowly the others joined him. Good for the first day. Thank you enjoyed.
Love Ellis Island! Nest year at Dicecon 24 we will be there.
Man, that table got bouncy. Dealers are always great. Favorite place to throw dice!
Great video, thanks for posting! Have never played on such a soft table and hoping I never do....
Great recording Color up. It's amazing that so many shot poorly on that table. That type of table is one of the easiest tables to shoot on. In Louisiana lots of tables have that bouncy layout. If a person shoots really straight that's an easy table to shoot on. Allows the dice to catch a very consistent controlled spin like skipping on water.
I'm definitely gonna try Ellis Island in Dec after watching the Casino Quest and ColorUp videos.
I stay AND play at Ellis Island every time I go to vegas. I go to Vegas to gamble. The rooms are okay, but not if you're going to spend a lot of time in there. It REALLY is/WAS the best kept secret place in Vegas! But for the last couple years....EVERYBODY is letting that 'secret' out. The rooms are getting more exspensive! So.....Shhhhhhh!!!!! 🤣🤣😎😎
With the Vegas strip become a stupid game of $25 6/5 BJ and $25 craps, how long till Ellis ups themselves? Or do they see they have a nice little market of people who come to them for the beer and cheaper tables? I do vegas twice a year, and I stay at MGM resorts as I get comps, but I always make the trek to Ellis at least one night for fun. But I agree with you, I know so many people who are now heading to Ellis which worries me.....
@@DG-hm1on Even though I live in Albuquerque, and there's 6 casinos within an hour drive, i still like Vegas. It costs me about $300 flight/Ellis Island for 4 days. AND they don't charge me a 'resort fee' when I book the package! I couldn't even walk there that cheap! 😜
40 years ago it was fun walking to the casinos on the strip. Nowadays it takes you all day to walk to 3 or 4. I used to get comped at the Bellagio. But, BFD. The room was bigger. But like I said, I don't spend a lot of time in them. LoL 👍
mum
I can’t wait to check this place out. Looks like a fun place to play.
Once the don’t come bet is up you have the advantage over the house . It would be counterproductive to reduce it after getting by the house advantage of eight ways to lose vs three ways to win the initial don’t come roll. Nice video. Thanks for the content
This table looks like a manual bubble craps play with all that bounce.
Did you meat the pit boss Tim... He is an amazing and caring individual. i'm a low roller but he always makes sure my wife and I have some very good comped lunch or dinner when we're there. I really like him..
I worked with Leroy, tables game manager
Great place to play. Was in for the weekend staying at a major strip hotel. The table minimums were $25 all day friday, saturday and sunday at my hotel and the other major casinos.Went looking for alternatives. Ellis Island has several $5 and $10 minimum craps and BJ. Table dealers were very nice, helpful and friendly. Plenty of cocktails and drinks. Clean, modern and relatively smoke free. 5X odds on all line bets too! How can you go wrong?
great place, don't forget to add the Elvis show - guy is top notch.
Man if that guy had let his “lay the back wall” ride ( or power pressed it, how crazy that would have been! ) he would have cleaned up.
That 1st shooter is hilarious 😂...does he really think hes controling the dice? 😊
I’m surprised the stockman didn’t say anything about those idiot hands hanging over the rail.
I dig this place
Really great video! Your base dealer could use some additional training. I loved the all day field bets!
Low paying Double is a stone in my shoe, not to carp too much.
@@JayAr709 On a few instances, the dealer did not take a losing bet from the field. I also saw in the Don't Come where the dealer did not move the bet once the number was called.
Mistakes are part of the human game…to avoid you have to stick to electronic craps
28:42 dealer and player get a free hardway off the change. Hope gaming doesn't see this! Karma bro! Careful!
@@TheKcnoman111 Mistakes are part of the game. It happens, gaming isn't going to have an issue unless it's intentional.
Was there yesterday won $300 at the Craps table
Main Street Station on Fremont Street. Always $5 tables and offer 20X odds.
Yeah your darkside friend keeps his hands out over the table!!!
I noticed that, too. Poor etiquette. The dealers should’ve corrected him when the dice changed direction.
I knew this guy was a dealer about five minutes in. Not many players put up dealer bets while even or slightly down. Another thing I must point out, no pun intended, is the player next to the base dealer. If that guy pointed at his dont pass or dont come that much while I was dealing I mighta had to break it off and hand it to him.
Going to be in Vegas in 2 weeks. Gotta swing by and try their tables out. $5 craps is hard to find.
That table is like a trampoline , play the table next to the Bar BIG DIFFERENCE, you can’t win on that table unless you play don’t pass
@@tide1212 Thanks! Appreciate the tip.
table was brutally cold. Nice video though!
I just don’t like that bouncy table, similar to the one at the Plaza Hotel
Ellis Island cleans me out every time I go...
Do you have to also bet on the pass line?
No, only when you are throwing the dice
When you reserve a table what if any does the casino charge the group as a private party
Not sure. I wasn’t charged as I brought over 50 players to casino that day
Downtown Grand has a 5$ game
Several casinos around Vegas has $5 tables 🔥
Stone cooling thise dice between rolls
For the first 21 minutes the seven came out on the 5th roll
I’ve never seen a table bounce like that…light little toss and the dice were a foot up in the air.
Bro I came here cuz I heard someone say Ellis Island tables are bouncy and I wanted to see for myself without spending $$… HOLY F**CK did they not lie… This sh!t is bouncing Acomically High I actually can’t even believe it lol. Straight up trampoline under the felt. You can’t even hear the dice hit the table AT ALL lol.
Comically* high. Lol idk where Acomically came from. It’s a mix of astronomically and comically. Which is pretty fitting for this scenario. WHAT A JOKE
I can barely keep track of my own chips, I don't know how the dealers keep up.
Jeremy. Been watching the 3 vids from Ellis island' What bet was the lady to your left making that she was getting paid $50 for $2?? Seemed like every 7-out she would toss in 2 bucks for 2 green chips.
She was making a $100 lay bet on the four or ten. When a 7 rolls it gets paid 1:2 or $50 minus the 5% vig which is $2
So many people play the pass line with no odds, why? Then that don't pass guy has his hands all in the field of play! I'd be so annoyed.
When your Pass Line has half house money going ( consists of your original flat plus it’s fresh payoff ) no Odds are needed. You stand to collect 3-to-1 money. Otherwise, by all means make free to take advantage of your True Odds opportunities.
Does Ellis take the vig only if you win?
On 4/10, yes, vig only on win, they auto but at $20
@@ColorUpHi big fan of your channel. Would you mind explaining the autobuy 4/10? Thx
@@drtomasdds it’s always better mathematically to make a buy bet on 4/10 vs a place bet. Most casinos don’t allow a buy bet until minimum of $20 bet and depending on casino, some charge a 5% or $1 vig for that bet. So you would bet $21 and if it wins, you get paid $40. with an auto buy, you don’t have to ask. A $20 bet would just win $40 minus $1 or $39. Nice thing is you don’t have to pay the vig upfront, but only if it wins. $20 buy bet pays $39- a $20 place bet pays $36
Hands over the rail, BAD ETIQUETTE! ….and they’re playing the “DON’Ts”
ya i saw someone playing the Don't and thought it was in bad taste, I only play the Don'ts on the $3 electronic craps games personally
Guy playing the don't come his or her f hands!
Enjoyed Ellis, lost $100 over three days….comped steak and eggs every day,..bouncy tables.
Check out how the dice bounce WARNING THESE TABLES ARE TOO BOUNCY!!!!!!!
Do you have color up hats for us to buy?

Thanks for checking out
Surprised they could keep the dice on that table, way too bouncy. Everyone has noticed that.
This table is bouncing too much! Maybe should be regulated.
Don’t play the bouncy table
Does this effect your controlled shooting?
@@ColorUp lol definitely, I’m not great by no means but this thing is more like bubble craps , I saw your video and never saw a long roll
very jumpy table
Too bouncy
Get some life going, dealers are falling asleep ❤
Is this table next to bar?
No, this a third table, not usually open as I understand
@@ColorUp i have only ever seen two open at one time
@@ColorUp i thought so. That 3rd table is a trampoline. Dice are off the table more than they stay on.
I hate Ellis Island. Everyone is crowed around that one $5 table
They have 3 tables so 🤷♂️
Long rolls at this table. Not enough pressing in my opinion. Thanks for sharing
Well the table was gun shy after being rocked the previous hr
@@ColorUp lol. I saw that after I saw part 1. Love the content! Looks like fun was had by all.
Bounciest tables in the world. Then they sweat you about throwing the dice light...because in they're opinion even though you hit the back wall, it doesn't hit "Hard enough". all this while your tipping them besides! Not a fan☹
Nobody betting "any craps" lol
Any craps has the lowest house edge. If somebody had been betting it they would have done well. Not even the 2 guys betting the donts bet the any craps.
Big mistake
Pains me to watch the guy doing the Lay 10 for $20 and paying a $1 commission. He is effectively laying $21 to win $10, which is a bad bet considering he could lay $40 to win $20 for the same $1 commission.
Why so slow😂
DEGEN CENTRAL. Do not go here
on the come out roll is the field on?
Field is a one roll bet so it is always on
I beat Ellis over n over at craps. They decided to accuse me of cheating (not true) to get me to go away. Low class move.
