The CCT’s only need to be sized for the load, sizing up is not required. Having the bends further away from the T’s will help with turbulence. Shame no modulation controls on the nice install Can you not run the HW at a lower temperature to promote more Condensing rather than mix it down with a TMV ?
Great install, quick question iv recently installed one of these 938's but i didnt make that bypass after the rv and before the filter.. is that neccessary or recommended anywhere or did you just decide that is the way to do it? i have been delayed on comissioning it due to other works going on in property but i want to understand as i still have time to adjust it
That is in the regs, that's why in communal systems they're all at point of use because any stab off that's not used further away than that ends up in the legionnaires breeding zone, regardless of being mains fed or not. Also the drawback of heat loss before it ever gets to the mixing valves be it taps or showers means the thermostats won't necessarily work properly. Gorgeous installation other than that though.
Great pipe installation. Very well laid. Brilliant explanation. Well done.
Lovely work Todd and we'll explained 🔥🔥
Nice job mate!
Thanks!

how long is that black waste pipe?
Looks great Todd 😎
Do TMVs have to be at point of use within 2meters of an outlet? That's what I've been led to belive.
