- This video is a quick walk through of one of the current clones of Dior Sauvage EDT thats out on the market. I will walk you through some of the differences of a REAL AUTHENTIC bottle of Dior Sauvage vs. FAKE 2020 DECEMBER VERSION of Sauvage. Keep in mind this is the newest clone I've seen. There are other versions of fakes out there and only ONE Real Dior Savauge
I have been using Sauvage for a long time, and even after washing the shirts, you can smell the perfume, it's awesome, another way to know if it's real or fake.
I guess you bought it few years ago. Nowadays after reformulation the performance is not so great
Easiest giveaway is you can see the straw/siphon in the fake, it’s near impossible to see the straw in the real one without a backlight

My girlfriend gave me a Dior for Christmas and I believe she got it from a family member that sells perfumes and things like that but right off the bat I knew something was off with the cologne. I have bought this perfume multiple times and the smell was the first thing I noticed I was like damn this don’t smell like Dior. Also the cap is not magnetic and you can see the straw right away. I scraped the letters off barely Scratched it with my nail. This video confirmed I received a fake Dior. I feel bad telling me girlfriend lol

This is why I buy straight from Dior. I ain't risking my hard earned money.
I bought both ori and fake but, Still buying fake 1 until now since the maker is super skilled than the original maker of Sauvage. There's not so many gaps the in smell. Sometimes if you buy from correct seller, the smell sometimes better than original Sauvage edp.

Macys doesn’t sell anything fake
Plus when you order straight from Dior you get a couple samples with your purchase

There are dior sauvages for 5 dollars and smells exactly like it. except the bottle is not dark as the original and it's clearer, but the cap is magnetic tho

The feeder tube should be straight and not too long and bent.
I made the mistake of trying to be cheap and buy it from ebay. I bought it Dec 2nd and it arrived TODAY. I ended up buying a legit bottle since I knew the one from ebay wouldn't arrive in time. When the cheap bottle came today I compared them and it is so obvious. Thankfully ebay did the right thing and is refunding me. Lesson learned! If you hold the bottles up to the light the colors are also different.
How about the lettering on the bottom and the batch code? And the straw tube being easily visible and not long at the bottom of the inside bottle. So thos at Macy’s cost about $100.?
Oh and the real one has a bumble bee under the cap and a batch code etched under on the bottom of the bottle.
I have both fake and original but the smell is almost identical. I used the fake one more often than the original. Lol

Not advisable, fakes are well known to have potentially dangerous chemicals in them. Throw it in the trash
also in the original, the spray pipe is much more shorter and you can barely notice it from outside.
there is a good chance that its watered down original fragance to try to fool people at first glance, time its the only thing that might give it away

- I just got a 2oz EDP from Jomashop delivered today and everything looks good except the tube inside bottle. I can see it! But cap is magnetic, bee under cap, great atomized sprayer but only thing is the spray tube is present! Can someone help explain?

Thats a horrible fake, forgetting the code which is the first thing people look for....there are somr great fakes harder to detect...I think companies should find a solution and not all people are experts...they need to have some sort of verification

@lebry79s.13 been a few years since I posted. But when it comes to designer fragrances. Just remember. If the deal looks to good to be true. It's because it ease. Buy from reputable supplies or straight from the designer
Honestly if it smells like it's the same then it don't matter its not like you'll bring the bottle wherever u go
I would assume it's essential, though? I can't imagine the fragrance lasting as long or smelling as smooth.

@@dvb8637 I ended up purchasing a 2 Oz. Sauvage and the fragrance is awesome. It lasts several hours with just one spray.
I really like it, too, because it's subtle but always there.
