Robbery with a fake gun or implying you have a weapon is still armed robbery and treated the same as if you had a real gun. Another interesting way a guy robbed a bank was instead of telling them to give him money. He asked them to give him the money while implying he had a gun. He argued in court that he didn’t rob them. He asked them for money and they gave it to him. He lost and was in big trouble but he had a good case in my opinion

Also, the way you guys talk about robbing a bank is EXACTLY how these guys in Japan did it. IT'S AMAZING.
Look 300 million yen robbery, it's an insane story. involving a criminal pretending to be a cop, but pretending there's a bomb, and simply confusing people. He said the bank manager was held hostage at his his house and made it look like a car was about to blow up using his escape. It's some metal gear solid covuluted nonsense, but it's the biggest bank robbery in japan history.
I don't think a single person died or got hurt, despite threats of bombs, actual firres, etc.

The vehicle they were driving was non-descript. It looks like any other car, you would see on the road.
They knew the route or had been tailing that for a while. Probably a few pick ups and deposits and confirmed it was the mark.
Two cars, one sped ahead and tried to ambush, one came up on the driver side and aimed at the driver.
Seems like something you see on GTA V. The driver was good though....the way he shuts off the attacker by going to the right line and putting the vehicle between them and the shooters.
Trying to run them over was bonus points.

As a coin collector, the BIG shows have armored car service. There could be tens of millions...but the thing is coins at that level are basically known based upon prior documentation...it would be difficult to sell them legit at a fair price.

When I 1st saw this video I left a comment on the original video saying the same thing that is Taylor saying In the beginning Cuz you can tell by the look on that do face in the passenger seat hes terrified because he barely moves a reacts at all like he's trying as hard as he can to not panic/freak out💯🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤣😂😭 & At the end of the video when the Van finally gets stuck in the can't move anymore the driver actually grabs the assault rifle from the other guy & hops out of the van ready for a shootout while dude just sits in the car looking scared🤦‍♂️💯🤣😂😭

11:52 Actually in most States it doesn't matter if the gun is real or fake or sometimes it doesn't even matter if you have a gun but if you imply you have a gun or make them think you have won or it looks like you have one then you'll still be charged with the same armed robbery or aggravated robbery charge as if you actually had a gun on you and used it in the robbery

I worked at a bank. You need 2 people to open the vault. The vault manager and bank manager, everything has 2 keys. Tellers can only have $2,000 at a time in their tills, usually only 1-3 tellers open. They all have dye packs and a tear gas pack in their tills. Theirs a camera in every room and behind every teller. Hardly anyone gets away with it too. Bank robbery is 10 years in prison, average bank robbery haul is $1200 bucks. Not at all worth it lol,
