I swear by using longer cycles to remove stains.. it gives the detergent, water and friction time to do their thing in there. If you used a cycle that was say 1.5 - 2 hours that would have come out of that shirt in one go I think.. also longer washes help keep your machine cleaner, like the black gunk that builds up in the drawer and in the gasket

Your washing machine seems to be half empty? Did you know that you can use colour catcher sheets in each wash which allow you to do a mixed wash without the fear of cross-contamination of colors? They work really well. It will save you both time (fewer smaller loads) and money/energy costs. Maybe something to think about? Good vid!
Hey there! Thank you for the tip! I’ve never actually used the colour catcher sheets, I’ve always been scared they won’t work. I’d give them a go though if it’s not my sons football kit 😅

@@jessicamoylan Hi Jessica - Dr Beckman's work for me (Home Bargains, B&M etc) . I use two sheets if I'm mixing colours and blacks together. I use them with whites and lights too. Never had a problem with colour running! Good luck!

It’s so different from us. Here we put everything in the dryer and our washing cycles are around 45min-1:30 hr.
I really like your video and voice. Oh I saw that part. Bicarbonate and vinegar counter interact themselves. The acid in the vinegar is destroyed by the bicarbonate.

I’m new to the fast cycles it was actually a subscriber that gave me the tip to try a fast cycle i didn’t know it was on my washer 😂 I was so used to my normal 45 cycle I just never looked to try any other setting.
I was blown away how well it worked but I’m yet to try it on very dirty clothes. So we shall see ☺️ I love bicarb & vinegar for all sorts of cleaning! Thankyou so so much for watching I hope your having a great day ❤️

Hey Jan! I did love my old washing machine it had a lot more settings but this little beko one has been great to be honest so I can’t complain, although its not the best of looking washing machines, it’s successfully washed many muddy football kits and baby blowouts that I thought were ruined 🙌🏼

Why don't you put the spin higher? It might help with getting things dry quicker. Otherwise good videos.
Hey Chris! I usually just pop it on a 12min spin after the cycle is finished. But it’s a pain if I forget when the cycle is finished 🤦🏻♀️ so that’s a really great tip! I’ll try it on the next wash!

Hey there! That’s a good point but I didn’t think at the time 😂 I’m too impulsive once I start cleaning I’m all over the place, it definitely would have been easier clean up to do the dirty bits outside. Thanks for watch have a great day 🙂
24 minutes a wash cycle? what is that? in 24 minutes no piece of laundry can get clean and fresh. take a longer washcycle. minimum one hour.
Hey there! 😂 I didn’t think so either! I’ve always used the longer cycles and still do with very dirty clothes and my sons sports clothes. But I thought I’d give the fast cycle a go on the loads that weren't dirty and just needed a little refresh.
Surprisingly they turned out super clean and smelt gorgeous ☺️ give it a try if your washer has the setting. It also saves time and energy which is a huge bonus.

Specially if you use the “fast+” option
@@jessicamoylanand it will decrease the life span of your washing machine because it will get moldy and you’ll have a lime scale build up after a while
