The exhaust on the mk8 seems even more raspy than the mk7. Is it an exhaust design or maybe the turbo manifold?
Exact same exhaust though a lot of these cars have tunes and aftermarket exhausts. Plus this is the gen 4 ea888, new turbo, changes to various engine items.

the fart cans, the tiny dude who can barely look over the steering wheel, the stupid looking cars, the fact that for some reason a vw golf is a desireble car, the fact that people sink thousands in a boring grocery getter. (and yes, a gti is just a factory tuned grocery getter.) all this is pure comedy to me. I love these videos. keep em coming :D

Agreed. I’d rather go for a certified pre-owned mk7.5 tbh. Still great modding potential, better interior build quality, and the front bumper isn’t ugly as sin

whats with the farts on that static one
the white one with the Exhaust in the middle? Thats not a GTI or R its a standard Golf (Body Parts) with a Straightpipe exhaust I guess. Thats also why its not as "bassy" tone wise cause its probably a 1.5 Engine.
