❤❤ best explanation of meditation. i have been lucky to have meditated in school years. and then having left it, i have seen the difference in the person i became. it is not pleasant for people having thoughts racing through their heads. such people can benefit immensely through meditation. in fact, a different person is born if one meditates regularly for just a few months . lots of love and best wishes to you ❤❤
Coming to meditation, for me I couldn’t pause my brain even for a fraction of second because the thoughts keep lingering into my head and once I’am calm it’s even harder. It’s not a disruption kinda thing but just pure thoughts during meditation which keeps coming back and forth back and forth . For instance, it could be as simple as why that ? And in between I have cried with my eyes shut during the whole process of meditation. It was active gushing of water through my eyes … I did once twice thrice umpteen times and practiced reiki stage 1 for 6 months and BELIVE me gaba my heart chakra ( out of the 7 sacred chakras ) the heart, it was so blocked and it still is … it still is and maybe it will be carried forward for later time as well but all I learned from meditation is that it’s a huge process .. it’s a huge step towards knowing oneself even better now…… and there’s still a long long way to go. Like I’am a nobody, I yet have to learn a lot .
Why did I felt like you came out of the screen and gave me the answers for some questions that I was thinking of? Very much helpful video for everyone. I literally got stuck to the phone watching for 25 mins😅. Lots of love and wishes Captain 🫡✈️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you😀
