I love this watch. I have the yellow dial with the black bezel. My only big gripe is the spring bars are set very close to the watch head, leaving very little space to put a replacement band on. Even getting a regular width NATO band on is a challenge. I've never encountered this on any other watch. Getting an Uncle Seiko band on is impossible. As far as the hour hand is concerned, I've read they made it bigger for the current V3 of this watch, which you seem to have.
