Wonderful project! What brand of blue dye did you use? I bought Fiebing's Blue Pro Dye, and it is almost BLACK. I would love to know how you got such a lovely shade of blue.

The dye comes from the Italian company Kenda Farben

Love this but how could you make it to show less of the zipper? Is there a design reason for showing so much of the fabric of the zipper? I'm not experienced at all so just asking. Thanks in advance for advice on how to.

It's possible too, just personal preference. It gives a little bit more room. It's possible to show Les of the zipper fabric as well

Always use latex/vinyl gloves when dyeing/edging your leather. Surprised he isn't wearing any, no-one is 100% careful.
