দাবার ঘুঁটি (Dabar Ghuti) -- A Short Film

As part of the 4th semester internal exam, a group of students from the 2021-23 batch created this short film based on an original text. This film was supervised under Assistant Prof. Kuntal Bag for the course "Film and Literature: Adaptation and Theory." This short film was originally screened in the department on 31st August 2023.
'Dabar Ghuti' (দাবার ঘুঁটি) is a near adaptation of the short story "The Monkey's Paw," written by W. W. Jacob. The students involved in making this film are Priya Khatun, Sushmita Halder, Rimi Biswas, Ritu Mandal, Barnali Barai, and Poushali Biswas.
