After ospap you will have university exam + osce
After pre reg ( 52 week) you will have gphc exam . Its difficult but manageable

hai mamm,any updated news regarding total stay back after doing pg diploma in ospap and MSC in ospap? which one is safer?
if doing Pg dilpoma is the course considered as 9 + 1 year program that include pre registration 52 week or just 9 months program

Both are safe now. You can do either pg diploma or Msc. You will get tier 2 visa when u strt doing your pre reg.
