Nice looking watch. As you suggested, Rob, these are great for someone getting serious about the espresso hobby, where folks like to get everything dialed in as precisely as possible. Still,the truth is that, like all complex skills, espresso making eventually will transcend such quantifiable and measurable rules as timing, weight, etc., and becomes more of an art. But that takes years and, even when you no longer need it to time your espresso shots, you will still have a cool stopwatch on your arm!
Blooming takes 30-45 seconds. Perfect for my pour over coffee. Been from espresso to pour over. To each his own but pour over is way way way more better. Espresso comes next btw.

I don't get how this can be overpriced....It is hard to deliver this kind of design and detail for this pricing. Agreed it is not mechanical though, but in my book you're getting great value for an everyday, beater watch
@@thestigg for me this is the kind of watch people buy.... And then sells.. they think they need it because "people are obsessed with them" and selling out. Just like the Seiko GMTs SKX then sells it right after 🤔

Just made myself an espresso with my metric retro dial and saw rob posted a video ;)
