@rethink621 Exactly the same with me! Never knew that this came from Detroit. All the time I thought it could be an early german acid trance production.
I think I was mainly thinking of '215 Miles' but I can't find it on youtube now. The detroitish hats at 02:10 are common to a lot of Dubnobass era instrumental tracks, the "marker notes" at ~03:00 are extremely UW-sounding. The bubbling acid melody is a bit heavier than that period of UW allowed, but it recalls Moaner which was from much later. The breakdown and general dynamic vibe of the later part is reminiscent of Kittens, Tin There, and STITI era stuff.
jog on david your talking shit mate detroit techno is a state of mind and soul, dont ever call this trance. just goes to show the people that know, and the people that dont, im not knocking trance listen to what you want, but me i hate trance, the truth about techno is ? top secret. lol peace out

Early Underworld B-sides have a strange connection to this song.
Can you give examples? I love the Underworld B sides but think I might have missed a few.

I love the outro of Moaner, it's something else entirely. Air Towel Jam is decidedly techno-y Underworld

Great track who is the artist, and the Label that produced this track?
Mike Banks aka Mad Mike.
Thank you for the information. Why is it not on the label of the record.
It is. RP-02, Red Planet was the label.
So Cosmic Movement is the name of the track?

Much to learn.
None of the releases in this series was up to this standard actually.
This 12"? It's unique. The rest are Detroit wannabe wank.
