To be fair, outside of a couple of other plays (notably a nice INT by Stanford) there weren’t many more highlights. There were only 92 TOTAL plays in the game!
@@wilscale understand. But looking at The Big 12 channel most of their videos at first glance are only around three minutes. I would like more of a game summary.
Didn’t think I’d be rooting for K-State as a Baylor alum, but we’re going to need wins like this for the Big 12 to stay in existence after Texas and Oklahoma leave… Solid victory

I know if K-State played Alabama folks would write them off in a hurry saying they would have not the slightest chance to win. Yeah they might lose but they would put up a huge fight. If they play nearly a flawless game they would definitely have a chance. Just can't make silly mistakes. Great win though against Stanford. Go Wildcats and Buckeyes.
Ya, Stanford might not be good, but considering KSU's start to 2020 was a home loss to Arkansas St. this feels good. Klieman, if we're being objective, is on year 2 of rebuild, not 3. Last year was rampant with COVID, injuries, and transfers. KSU is building to be a Big XII Title contender. Just watch and see.
Thompson up to his old ways. Can’t get the ball out of his hands and double and second guesses himself. If he can’t get it figured out he’ll get injured again.
Good grief. Cut some slack. First game and he's had to recover from surgery. If you're a k-state fan you want his brain out there. 6th year super senior won't make near as many mistakes as one of the young ones. We saw where that got us last year.
Yea he missed a lot of open receivers, under threw some & takes little to no risks. Zero throwing confidence. Hopefully he’ll let loose some. Good win though!
David Shaw had early success in the Pac12 because he had a lot of Jim Harbaugh era recruits when he took over in 2011. Saw games like the 2012 Rose Bowl early because of recruits like that. Now in 2021, I really don't think he's nearly as good as he was advertised. Not a great recruiter, makes questionable play calls, especially in crucial games and situations, etc. So, how many of you Shaw apologists wanna come out of the wood work and call me a racist, too? 👀 waiting.

Let’s go cats!
Good win cats. Defense looked dominant.
Most impressive team in the Big 12 right now!
Stanford looked like they didnt want to be there. Completely outmatched.
This should shut the Big 12 haters up.
It blows my mind how the pac-12 isn't going to add some of the big 8 teams like K-state. The remaining teams in the big 12/8 are better.
It’s because of academics. None of the public universities could qualify at thr pac 12 standard.

when the Big 12 adds the 4 new teams they’ll be better than the Pac 12
It makes no sense Oklahoma State gets more TVs views than every pac-12team except USC

Congrats team! We led the Big 12 for awhile!!!
Congratulations C O ach K from a BISON fan. Once a bison always a BISON!
The most complete performance for an opening game I have ever seen the Cats play
Go State!
Good first gave- things to work on but damn good showing!
We were there. Great game. Stanford looked like ass.
Let's go Wildcats super fan here dominate elite teams!
Stanford needs to step up better then that
Cats have a good chance this year EMaw go wildcats
I guess Stanford wasn't actually trying to win this game. I can't think of any other reason why they'd use two QB's in this way.
All cat fans at at&t stadium! Dominant win. Go cats
Big 8 > Pac 12

KSU had a home crowd at Stanford.
The game was in Texas. It was a neutral site.

Stanford could have played better then they did today.
