I FOUND THE BUILD ON NARCO LIVESTREAM. The build is: MIP light flash guard, Anti-material heavy, RTC steady stock, MIP stopping power reload, Granulated Grip tape.
i got the same loadout, the only defference is my muzzle is the RTC compressor coz it reduces recoil... i guess he uses the MIP light flash gaurd to hide the muzzle flash... just tride it out though and still prefer mine...

My Arctic build is Tactical Silencer, Anti barrel, Steady, Stopping Power, and Recoil Grip. Use to use Mono Suppressor, but don’t like the hit on the lungs and drift.
Parker, one thing that helped me with BR snipes is lowering my Sniper sens... "since" most shots are longer range. Looks like for that final kill you needed just a little bit more precision control. All the best. You da man!!!
At this point, there should be a voice announcing Parker's presence in the match in a deep, robotic fashion: PARKER HAS ENTERED THE GAME. So everyone can find a good place to hide.
