- This is a very special moment for me. Back in December I went to California with a very close friend of mine and this travel turned out to be a journey back to myself. While they lost my handpan on the plane I got support from the very lovely community in LA, lending me a couple of beautiful handpans. This handpan in particular accompanied me through the days of self-discovery and healing. The song is an ode to myself, a reminder to stay in my heart and to be truly centered in my body.

My own story I had a big stroke 2017 leaving my right side paralysed , couldn’t talk for 6 months and fed through nose for 4 months, couldn’t eat food or spell , I literally had to start again my wife left me after 26 years, I listen to your hand pan meditation though the night, it heals me, thank god I’m still here,and doing ok.
I changed my diet lost 50 kg, I have changed my world around, my aphasia has nearly gone. ❤
Hi, your music has been a part for my healing. I listen your music during meditation. I have had chronic depression because of sexual assault which I faced during school. Now i have recovered a lot,but the panic attack still exist so recently I have started meditating to calm myself down. Thank you 🙏
