even though I feel you show is full of cast actress and actors I was still intrigued by lot of things happening in the show. I strongly suggest, that anyone who's not Spanish fluent to leave this form Caso Cerrado because they don't establish captions for English speakers properly.

I disagree with Roberta, a man that encourages his daughter to help him molest an 8 year old is not going to change, and it's likely that eventually he would've stopped considering her his daughter and started hurting her too. And if he had gone to prison, the moment he got out he'd be able to manipulate his daughter into doing it again because even ten years dead, she still defends him. So no, killing him--although I do not recommend such action as a solution to everything-- was the best option to keep his daughter from following down the same path as his father and protecting her daughter.
