What an amazing bass solo, one of the best I've ever heard! Please could you upload other songs from this album as well - have been trying to find this one since long.
Ian Carr - i liked his style. Although it wasn't just his talents as a trumpeter and composer. He also had good quality as a leader. He combined great musicans and composer around him: Karl Jenkins, John Marshall, Geoff Castle, Brian Smith, Alan Holdsworth...
Great bass on this song, very cool technique. I like Nucleus but sometimes it's too laid back and soft for me. I like listening to them when I'm conversing with friends, as lush background music. When I'm alone and want to listen critically, I always go for the Holdsworth stuff. Fuckin' blows my mind that guy.
Excellent musicians. Ian Carr is a genius.Good taste.Wonderful, real Music.Very good jazz. Master of fusion.R.I.P.Ian Carr.
Ian Carr never lets you down.
This piece has tugged me back over and over spanning thirty years. Best bass solo I’ve ever heard.Drummer’s no slouch either!

im pretty sure that is Billy Kristian, despite a different bassist being listed above
