dear Mam, Gout ki problem h jisse knees me pain hota hai isliye jyada exercise aur running nhi karta hu mostly rest hi karta hu jisse belly fat badh gaya hai. Belly fat kaise kam karu is par video bana dijiye mam.
Eat more vegetables and fruits.avoid simple carbs.replace it with complex carbs like jowar, bajra, ragi, amaranth. 20 mins walk 4-5 days in a week.avoid fried food,junk food,sweets.take less oil and salt.drink 3 litres of water a day.you can also take green tea with a pinch of cinnamon in it.this will decrease the inflammation of joints.
