3:34 ha! This is a second time about the diet and balancing my lifestyle. Last year in was diagnosed with PCOS and I've gained about 50 pounds from birth control. I have started to focus on making my own meals full of fruits, veggies, beans, and grains. (But I am watching this video with hot chocolate!) hi! so, about the confusing thing:
i was wondering whether i had feelings for someone and whether he felt the same.
the truth is...i still don't know.
but i figured out some things that are rooted more deeply than this - or why i was confused about having feelings for this particular person in the first place.
first - he is someone my current self wouldn't have considered.
second, he was in a relationship when we first met - so romance was off the table per default.
third, and that is the main point: he is someone a younger version of myself would have fallen in love with not thinking twice.
and at least one thing became clear to me: that i do love him one way or the other, and that i at least can say that i care deeply about him in way i haven't felt in a while.
