JClark and Staples getting into a friendly competition with each other, but it's all love around here! Just trying to bring the best out of each other. (this was after the Dunk MS event in May)

You should get some of the guys to do some dunks of their non-dominant legs or plants! That would be nice. It would also show versatility.

This was a really good match! I must say those two were giving it there all....tbh JClark is the better dunker because of his unorthodox way of driving to the rim for a dunk LoL 😂 his linky tall height and reach is what makes him different from anyone else.....Chris will always be my favorite veteran dunker but after a while I get tired Chris keep doing his same signature dunks repeatedly....it's get boring to watch lol I wanna see him create a whole new dunk. Overall, we need more dunk sessions like these.

There has to be some financial gain from it that being the promoter you should reap from it other than the satisfaction of pleasing the fans. I want to see if i could talk to some of my connects to see if some type of business plan could b discussed where every walks away happy n then i get bac to u if i do come up with something. Im just always busy like im sure u r as well.
that's been kinda my goal is to get a consistent sponsor, but it's tough. Sponsors aren't willing to put down a few hundred dollars for one youtube vid....so i gotta think of more stuff to do with it

jump a lot, strengthen your core, dead lift, and some other stuff. Jclark has a jump program you can get

if your right handed, I am pretty sure that you have to jump with the right foot, holding the ball in the right hand, to make the double between the legs dunk.

this was after the dunk show.....so they had warmed up for like 30-45 minutes, sporadically, then did the dunk show, then took pictures for 30 minutes, then tried to warm up again and start dunking

I'm i the only person not tryna see a corny ass backflip..somersault.. cartwheel ..none of that goofball shit b4 a dunk in contest after 2018..? unless someone's actually dunking on the way down from the flip like a trampoline mascot! This was dope
a lot of that is because judges usually go crazy for that kind of stuff. dunk contests are always hard to know what to do because you never know what the judges are looking for. A lot of times, the judges don't know anything about dunking
