    I really love the Oklahoma Burger... Probably my favorite to make. I wonder how ground up leftover brisket would taste.

      Thats actually on my list of videos to do....ground up leftover brisket trim smash burgers. I may even try to thin slice some of it and make philly sandwiches on the griddle. I gotta find something to do that people will watch. This smash burger video not doing too well. Over done. Thanks for watching though Chris. I appreciate it!

    there's something about a smash burger on a charcoal flat top..... even beats a blackstone gas....

      I agree! Regular burgers are better on charcoal..so why wouldn’t smash burgers be even better on charcoal?! And I’m telling you, much easier on this griddle when it comes to clean up. If I’m doing 8-10 or more smash burgers then sure, blackstone. But for 4 people? This griddle all the way!

      Killer hogs is great btw... Plus it's available at Walmart... At least up here in NY
