Thats actually on my list of videos to do....ground up leftover brisket trim smash burgers. I may even try to thin slice some of it and make philly sandwiches on the griddle. I agree! Regular burgers are better on charcoal..so why wouldn’t smash burgers be even better on charcoal?! And I’m telling you, much easier on this griddle when it comes to clean up. If I’m doing 8-10 or more smash burgers then sure, blackstone. But for 4 people? This griddle all the way!

there's something about a smash burger on a charcoal flat top..... even beats a blackstone gas....

Killer hogs is great btw... Plus it's available at Walmart... At least up here in NY
