Did this earlier, it was 1000x better than the last time I cooked soya chunks, absolutely excellent! I used corn flour though because I had no rice flour but I know the two are a little similar and it worked anyway

@@YOLO-sp5bi no, roasting is not required. I shallow fried it for approx 10 mins, when it turned golden brown, so besan was cooked. For three cups of boiled soya, two tablespoons full besan is adequate so as to lightly coat it so you get a crunchy coating

I use mustard oil or olive oil, marinate the chunks with JUST SALT, still 2 tbsp oil for every 100gram soya chunks, still comes out awesome.... Awesome source of protein and a great breakfast.
200 gram of TVP for breakfast, 100+ grams of top quality protein.
Owner of 130kilo strict military press and and 90kilo strict curl, checking out..... Veganism is great. Don't miss it, embrace it.

@@Parirash123 These days it is my breakfast.
The rest of the day is chugging in homemade peanut butter. And fruit juices, the store bought kind, mazza and appy, stuff like that.
Dinner is white rice with red lentil soup made with tomatoes. And then 5 cans of beer while playing warzone on my 1660ti pc.
Honestly though, if I was not a guy who likes to cook for girlfriend, I would be only eating homemade peanut butter made with a mortar and pessel, throughout the day, and have a nice Bengali Dinner at night.
Peanut butter have 7 essential amino acids at a form more bioavailable than meat, confirmed by DISS amino scoring method.
Only thing lacking is methionine which is found in any grains Or legumes.... At a great amount so..... Covered.
