Technically yes but sense his a glitch to the baldi's universe so if he overused his powers he'll get kicked or removed from the game but sense his in the Fpe Universe there is nothing that can stop him from using his reality warping powers now sense there is nothing that will kick him out of that world.
I have a better one Make them react to the Guardian or the Explorer, that old animation that is from 2011 and is a better animation than I have seen. Engel being the Guardian makes more sense.
