- It's the week before Xmas. An ideal time to fill the stocking with some fresh Venison. So Leigh and I head out for an overnight-er with Sofia Bergara. Leigh's little single shot princess the .308 BA13 take-down.

Another brilliant video Steve. You're getting really artsy with some of your angles and the image quality is stunning. At 13:18 there is even a subtle projectile trail against the grass when slowed down to 0.25 . . .

good stuff. I dropped a young fallow for our christmas lunch a week ago. cut the mid section into loin chops and cutlets for the BBQ. forequarter into forequarter chops for slow cooking, and hind into steaks. finished off with 3kg of home made venison snags too.

Thanks mate. When it comes to the meat recovery we have to work according to the conditions. Summer and Flies we usually don't open the animal up and use the gutless method instead.
