0:01 Teenage Fanclub's Norman Blake says, "Thank you." 0:12 Speeding Motorcycle [Daniel Johnston cover] 4:20 Firebell Ringing 6:58 Classic Line-Up 10:55 Speedway Star Thanks ScottishTeeVee! That was a fun watch! It was good to hear "Classic Line-Up" before it had been released on the "Mobile Safari" album.
probablemente ya sabes que canciones fueron despues de un año de que preguntaste, pero pues por si las dudas 1. speeding motorcycle [cover de daniel johnston] 2. firebell ringing 3. classic line-up 4. speedway star
I don't mind admitting that when they played at King Tuts one time i yelled very loudly "Taxi for the Pastels" and most people laughed. THey really werent the most talented band in town :)
Earnestness is an endearing quality that can make up for what others may consider to be a shortcoming of talent. I am not in the camp of the latter, but wholeheartedly subscribe to the former.
Thanks so much for posting as have never saw this video before. I recall seeing an other one before in which I was briefly in shot. Much appreciated. Love and stuff

I don't know about that either, but I do know that Aggi is just way too freaking adorable. And Katrina too.
Wow, this footage is amazing. I remember scouring youtube in the early 'oughts and finding maybe one video of crawl babies. This is a treasure trove.

Actually, it was in Avalanche in Edinburgh in '93.
What a great video. They all seemed a bit embarassed and shy though. Either way, what a great band they were.

@PieceofMindmusic i agree!!
You'll get over it.
looks a bit like Stuart Murdoch from Belle and Sebastian on tambourine
you mean tom??
The Pastles are a perfect example that a group of horrible musicians and singers can actually come together to form an enjoyable band
Kids with a dream 😭😭😭🍀
