Good stuff man ✊️..bout to try my luck at a glow juice peek. I was like you hoping someone for SURE had a TB/Envoy video about common ac leak area, but you did give me good places to start. Prob buy a seal kit and hit the orfices with new, maybe up front at the condenser hi/low lines. Harbor freight has a decent Vac/guages so should beable to get her done. Envoy we just got is an 06 with only 100k..so did alot of sitting and hope its just crapped out seals. 🤞 Great channel man!

Great! Also Use soapy water should show slight leaks around the condenser etc and lines.

Good luck with your repair. At 250k miles our Trailblazer stopped making cold air periodically. I finally determined it was the compressor clutch. While I could get a clutch itself for about $100, I'd have to take the compressor out to replace it properly, so I just bought a OEM AC Delco compressor for $280 along with the drier and orfice/inline filter and installed it myself then pulled a vacuum with a professional pump and held the vacuum for hours to be sure. Then refilled using a scale. Worked great until the next year. I discovered leaks in the condenser using a UV light like you. I replaced the condenser. It's been making 40F air at the center dash register ever since. 291k miles now.

Amazing video, very well narrated and clear. Having the same issue with my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. I am going to seek out this kit and look for the leak, you did a fantastic job 👏

You do realize an ounce is about 30 mls...that syringe looks to be only about 10 mls

Have you ever had a clogged drain, making water go into your passenger floor board? Im having this issue now. I have unclogged it by removing and cleanig the drain plug on the firewall. But it seems like im still getting water in. Any ideas where it could be coming in ?

Now you can take it to get the freon reclaimed that you put in and repair the leaks.
