Set amidst the mesmerizing Italian Riviera and the historic façade of Genoa, Italy, it's all hands on deck this season for Capt. Sandy and her team. From outrageous guests to after-hours antics, the boat gets rocked throughout each charter as the crew navigates complicated dynamics and unexpected rifts. In a franchise first, unprecedented staffing changes dominate the season, which tests each department as they struggle to find their sea legs through unforeseen turnover.
Sandy levels up from last season with the 180-foot M/Y Mustique, which challenges her deck crew as they attempt to navigate the busy industrial port with utmost precision. Before they even leave the dock, visa issues tie up two crew members while a department head mismanages important paperwork. Sandy leans on temporary help for the first charter and an unexpected shake-up results in a change of hierarchy. On deck, the crew is overwhelmed by their workload on the oversized vessel as the interior deals with a clash of personalities. Chef Jack wows the guests with his impressive take on local Italian fare, but things start to sour when communication goes south.

Captain Sandy has shown time and time again, that she plays favorites. If she likes you, you’ll succeed, if she doesn’t, you won’t. She’ll either heave praise upon you, or nit pick every single thing you do. There could be things behind the scene, that we don’t see, being the reason for this. From what I’ve seen, she has her favorites almost immediately.
Yes, Sandy clearly plays favorites and likes to mention maritime law regarding being intoxicated and fires Hannah but doesn’t take action when she smells alcohol on someone’s breath. Often, crew members have alcohol in their systems still while on board but that’s okay unless Sandy doesn’t like you then she is by the book.
Not a good manager
She doesn't play favorites, she supports those who take their job seriously and show her that they're here to work hard and get better.
It’s all for dramatic effect. No one would rehire some of the people that come back like Kyle.

Is he from England? My neighbors are from England but I can understand them just fine. This guy has a very strong, thick accent, and he speaks kind of fast.
@@HH-gv8mx yeh he’s from Liverpool I think. there are lots of different dialects in the UK, some easier than others. Scouse is particularly difficult if you’re not used to it.

After watching the first episode....the bosun's documents were fraudulent??? REALLY? NO ONE caught that before he got on the boat on on TV? Seems set up to me.
Yeah, it seemed unlikely that something like that could happen. I work in the hospitality industry and even running a major hotel on Palm Beach Island. There is so much to the hiring process. I think Bravo would thoroughly vet the cast and crew before letting them come on board. And they just found this out at the 11th hour? 🤔

@4:04 When you are meeting the Captain or just anyone in general, it is respectful for you to take off your sunglasses. It is not sunny inside the bridge.
I still say there is something fishy about Ruan.
1) Not being able to tell Captain Sandy where he went to school to get his license was mighty suspicious. He fumbled on his answer. Plus, as Captain Sandy said, the classroom is not on the yacht.
2) The biggest red flag was when Captain Sandy asked if she could join the meetup he was having with his crew and she asked him how many meters it was from the ship to the barge. He was completely way off. He said, 50 meters, and right away you heard Luka say, No. Then I think it was Lara, she said 75 meters and then Luka said 100 meters. If you have been Bosun for 3 years, how do you get that distance wrong and by that much!!! He is a walking disaster to happen to a Yacht.
Tumi's first night on charter. Talk about roughing feathers. Already. Like chill.
If she doesn’t put the drama and the gossip aside and step into the managerial role that she was hired for, she will fail as a chief stew!

Why do they always hire such a bad crew where big trouble is happening on day one.. And why are they always low on staff.. Why not hire one person extra.. And why do they put people on jobs they have no experience..
I work in the hospitality industry. Same concept as the interior crew but on land in Palm Beach. It’s a highly coveted job. We always have backup staff. People are lining for these jobs. It seems like they would have their shit together before the premiere of their TV show. That is why I think some of this is staged.
