Hi there, I was wondering if you have a tutorial where it shows how to bring pdf from cad or Revit and how to keep it to scale when importing it to Photoshop please
@@EMS01119 Hi Elena! The drawing scale has to be set over you cad or bim software. Then when importing in Photoshop you must not resize the image. This will maintain the final dimensions and I can be placed on your presentation board. Another tip is that you can place a graphic scale alongside your drawing over your cad or bim software so no matter what size you scale. It will always have that scale reference next to it.
i´m a completly photoshop noob but the way u explained everthing was perfect. I learned a lot and it started to make tons of fun! Greetings from Germany
just wanted to point out the obvious here: you are a genius! hehe thank you for your tutorials, I made some floor plans using this particular tutorial and tagged you along in Instagram. Looking forward on taking one of your courses!
dude, you are freaking awesome. just wordless about your talent. you have got such a cool talent and thank you loads for sharing your knowledge with us via making these beautiful videos. perhaps one of the best youtube channels for architects and achitecture students. thank you so much
Man! this tutos' vids are awesome, much better than the first ones, slower, you show us the shorcuts and what are they for. Keep it up, your public will appreciate it! and so your UA-cam channel, in views and subs! Thank you :D!
Thank you! I didn't know how to do at the beginning. I'm still learning the best way to create these youtube videos. It has to be quick but still teach and show all the essential steps. 🙏🙏

I'm so happy you got this out of the video. That's exaclty what I try to teach over the videos. It's all about small moves that at the end will result in a great image. Thanks a lot for the feedback Nikhil! I'll add your suggestion to the tutorial list
Thanks James! This could be a good idea. I'm going to add to the list here. But to get you up to speed, I use OBS to record the screen and Adobe Premiere to edit the video 😀

1:24 not able to fill color with the given steps ! It's confusing Alt + Back - by back do you mean backspace or the left arrow button. I create a new a layer and clip it to the wall layer but when i fill color it is not getting filled.
Hi Sara, this problem is probably because you have a small image. Try yo have at least 150 DPI on your file if you are going to print it. I usually work above 3000x3000 pixels. I hope that helps!
Hi Fatma! Thanks a lot 😁 I use the latest version of photoshop. This week they've updated to Photoshop CC 2020. But to be honest any CC version will be perfect to create architecture images
Hi there, thanks so much for this fantastic video. I have 2 questions, one I have asked before but I havent got a reply yet. 1. How do we keep control of the scale please? if is 1: 100 to keep i like this with good resolution for example.. 2. What is a good webiste where we can find good quality textures please? Thanks so much in advance
Hi Elena! Thank you. I replied at your last question about the scale. But no problem, here it is again. 1. The *scale* is set over your BIM or CAD softawre. Over the viewport you chose what scale you want, and this varies from software to software. For example a 1:50 plan might fit in a A2, or A1. Then you import this A1 PDF into photoshop and that's it. You *must* *not* *resize* the file in order to maintain the scale. 2. Check this *video* to find good quality textures: ua-cam.com/video/cUjzrVJL5H8/v-deo.html I've did a dedicated video talking about it. You should find all you need there. Cheers!
