      Hi there, I was wondering if you have a tutorial where it shows how to bring pdf from cad or Revit and how to keep it to scale when importing it to Photoshop please

    • @LearnUpstairs
      @LearnUpstairs  5 років тому

      @@EMS01119 Hi Elena! The drawing scale has to be set over you cad or bim software. Then when importing in Photoshop you must not resize the image. This will maintain the final dimensions and I can be placed on your presentation board.
      Another tip is that you can place a graphic scale alongside your drawing over your cad or bim software so no matter what size you scale. It will always have that scale reference next to it.

    Hi there, thanks so much for this fantastic video. I have 2 questions, one I have asked before but I havent got a reply yet.
    1. How do we keep control of the scale please? if is 1: 100 to keep i like this with good resolution for example..
    2. What is a good webiste where we can find good quality textures please?
    Thanks so much in advance

    • @LearnUpstairs
      @LearnUpstairs  5 років тому

      Hi Elena! Thank you. I replied at your last question about the scale. But no problem, here it is again.
      1. The *scale* is set over your BIM or CAD softawre. Over the viewport you chose what scale you want, and this varies from software to software. For example a 1:50 plan might fit in a A2, or A1. Then you import this A1 PDF into photoshop and that's it. You *must* *not* *resize* the file in order to maintain the scale.
      2. Check this *video* to find good quality textures: ua-cam.com/video/cUjzrVJL5H8/v-deo.html
      I've did a dedicated video talking about it. You should find all you need there.
      Cheers!

      OU Graphics
      Uso atualmente o Revit! Gosto demais desse design minimalista que você adota e curto o design geral em si. Acho também o Revit meio esquisito! Acho que tenho um gosto visual mais parecido com o seu e as vezes o Revit não provém ferramentas que aguçam essa parte da criatividade! Não sei te explicar, mas parece ser um software só de engenharia (desculpe aqui o termo, mas sabemos que software de engenharia é mais voltado para parte muito técnica, e não pro visual)... Tenho muita vontade de migrar pro Archicad! Sempre vejo que projetos feitos no Archicad tem uma qualidade absurda do lado visual.

      Hi Masoud! Thanks a lot for your feedback.
      I haven't had any problem of people not being able to buy them. Where are you from? Maybe a VPN could solve this issue. Sorry to hear that

      @@LearnUpstairs Hi. I live in Iran. I always use VPN (because of filtering) ,but It's not the matter of using VPN or not.
