Probably not, the issue with the 13th and 14th gen CPUs is that they operate at a voltage higher than they have been rated for, once it's shot, it's gone, the damage is permanent, intel did push a fix for the microcode bug on the new chips they produced, but the one's already in the market (units capable of drawing over 65W tdp) are still susceptible to damage. If that were the case here, then tig's PC would be crashing every time he did something demanding, or maybe even never turn on depending on the damage.
