I'm 70 and I thought one of those would be like a walk in the park and I overdid it.. I was very wrong. I had cramps in my legs for two days afterwards.

They don't use much technology if any at all and their medicine isn't as advanced.
I think he mentioned he worked a very hard job his whole life.
