I can't tell you how helpful this was. I thought we would just go and pick something up, but I was shocked at how many options there were at my store. I feel like I have an idea of were to at least start looking.

Plastic backed diapers only for me. I have full void incontinence. I can fill em up quick. I have tried the fuzzy Velcro diapers like Abena, Attends Over Night, etc. I have yet to have any of those that fit right or that don't leak. They slide down with your pants and are a pain to keep em on. I'm incontinent and I don't care about having my diapers discreet. All discreet did to diapers was to limit capacity and the need for twice as many you go through. I wore Pampers from the year I was born in 1970 until they didn't fit around 1979 or so. Proctor and Gamble made Pampers in youth size and they were no different than the baby diapers. I was wearing Attends medium by the the time I hit 20 and tried many brands since. Abena M4 and Confi Dry 24/7 are my favorite and they both are plastic baked tape on diapers. Sure they are bulky and make noise, but the fact they prevent me from ruing everything I sit on, sleep on or drive in outweighs discreetness. ABDL people have been a great help in finding the right diaper for my condition. If anyone would be an authority on the best diapers they would. There's alot out there that works well. Even the replica adult size baby style diapers work very well. Beats off the shelf brands. In my experience, plastic baked, thick tape tab diapers are the best way to go. I have worn diapers since birth due to my condition and I'm going on my 48th year. The fuzzy Velcro tab diapers are a waste of time and money. If you dribble or leak there are products all over the place. In my case I release everything out of my bladder several times a day and can get away with using two diapers a day sometimes three. I tried to use what Medicare approved for me in order to save money. Velcro fuzzy cover diapers that were nothing more than an over glorified Maxi pad. I bought plastic pant to keep these leaky things contained and always ended up in a puddle. I will continue to spend the $130 a month on the Dry 24/7 diapers. Cloth isn't an option for me either. There's no such thing as discreet there. I hope more makers will drop the fuzzy cover and go back to plastic. The market for plastic backed diapers is big, alive and well. I can tell by the fact most diaper sites make sure you know if it's fuzzy or plastic. The amount of Abdl replica diapers is indicative of this as well and the single tape thick plastic backed diapers they over do work very well although expensive. I can care less if they are covered with cartoon animals, teddy bears and blocks or blue pink or otherwise in color. I'm going to use what works even if people notice it or not.

There are many factors in ways to treat incontinence. One resource I discovered which successfully combines these is the Nilah Control Plan (check it out on google) definately the best plan that I have ever heard of. Check out all the super info .

I don't know why people always say that "cloth-like" products are softer, and feature a waterproof backing. Neither of those are true. They're tiny coils of plastic, side by side to give the illusion of textile fabric, but they're a bit rough on the legs, leaky, and tend to cause clothes and bed sheets to pill up. They're like moderately soft sandpaper, vs smooth plastic backings.
Cloth-like are good in the Summer heat, but other than that, not fantastic (especially not when one is sitting, or lying down).

How about going to a Urologist for a consultation, and fix the problem, instead of living with something so annoying that it impacts every aspect of a person's life?

What would work best for me because i have bladder leakage accidents sometimes due to cerebral palsy, and i sometimes wet the bed, and i have urinary urgency and frequency as well, I don't like surgery or taking medicine for it, I read incontinence medicine doesn't work for those who have neurological damage

I wish people would just call diapers what they were. Because calling them 'briefs' just cause more misinformation and it is confusing for everyone. Big deal you use pull up diapers, you use diapers. Thats better that than peeing on stuff because you or care giver are "too embarrassed" to address a situation. So next business meeting 'brief' talk about it
