Nice video, but let me tell you one thing. Characters with frenzy+2/ or +1+80%sp boost should be always s tier , not ss . (Explained below) Let me fix Heart -Aizen should be lower. In this case my favourite character getting L, he is too old tbh. Getting frenzy+2 and 20% fsd is too low compared to any unit in ss tier. He is S tier for sure. -Nnoitora is SS unit. Great dmg output (frenzy+2 with berserk and sp boost is actually good) decent kit, good to use and bonus unit. Noitora is SS unit Power - Yama should be lower. Again his dmg output is not that great, but having perfect kit with strong SB makes him still a great unit to use. But compared to other units in his tier, he is kinda too weak. Everyone here have frenzy+2 with sp boost/ or just frenzy +3 like Ichigo. Its makes him not that great. S unit.(Don't give me wrong, still great unit). Mind -7th anni Ichigo should be lower. Again 1 of my fav characters, but he is kinda too weak right now. Compered to characters in his attribute wich have frenzy+2 and sp boost with rampage, he is too weak. S tier unit. - Yumichika should be higher. Good dmg output, good kit and effect(i meant drain) makes him a lot better . He is way stronger than Ichigo. He should SS unit. - Ninny should be higher as well. She is literally Ichibei but a bit worse(she doesn't have guage recharge) Ichibei is SS unit, whe she isn't- idk. -As Nodt is higher. Having frenzy+2 with SP boost makes him SS automatically. Honorable mentions: Ulquiorra (this magic, with stick) has atk boost. Its multiplier . Its multiplies dmg . Its wayy better than just having dmg without multiplier. He is second NAD character in the game after Aizen . Speed - Ulquiorra, Uryu , Tensa, Orihime are S tier units. Orihime is great supp for gq but not good as a pve unit. Ulquiorra hasn't got many dmg, Uryu as well.(Tensa also is too weak) Technique -TYBW Bambi can be SS tier , but her kit is kinda sucks. Halibel is great for quest with iron skin, but its doesn't makes he SS unit(same goes to swimsuit heart rangiku) If you disagree then explain me why this characters are that high. Have a nice day ♥️😊
Aizen definitely needs to be put down. Even Renewed Ulquiorra who has Frenzy +1 has SP Boost which is better than Frenzy +2. I definitely don't understand why Aizen has been in SS this long. 😂 it's definitely hard to take his list seriously
Imo I think 7th Anniversary Ichigo is fine where he's at, only unit in here that I don't get why you'd lower him, his days are numbered sure but paralyze + weaken is still strong, not to mention his killers... Ranged Arrancar/Soul Reaper Killer is in a horrible spot right now. Parasol Rukia does worse than 7th Anniversary Ichigo(saying that as someone with both a 2/5 Parasol Rukia and a 2/5 7th Anniv Ichigo at the time of testing), I found myself clearing faster with Ichigo, but not only faster but safer. Parasol Rukia is genuinely horrible her SA2 being a heal makes her unable to freeze with that move, it has longer cooldown, does no damage in GQ, is a liability in extreme coop and inheritance trial...just genuinely ruins her entire kit. Unfortunately she's the only Ranged Arrancar killer we got in all that time since 7th Anniv Ichigo that's comparable so ya know, not a great start. Ranged Soul Reaper options are...not good, Parasol Gin lacks the 80% SP boost so he does worse(a 5/5 Gin does worse than a 2/5 7th Anniv Ichigo it's awful). The only solid option is Halloween Noel, a character that barely gets rerun and usually on bad banners at that(mostly bad filler due to time). While slightly better than Ichigo she's honestly not as safe(She has a tracking vortex but no CC ailment just damage and weaken) and you'll prob 5/5 7th Anniv Ichigo before you 2/5 Noel so... yeah. That's why I see Ichigo as better overall, I'm not saying btw that outside of GQ he's god, but he mostly get shit done so I don't have an issue with him, GQ is just the harder content anyway, outside of Limit Breaker but being real...most of SS tier isn't good enough for Limit Breaker... That said once we get a good Ranged Soul Reaper Killer and a good Ranged Arrancar Killer then...yeah should be demoted for sure. Being more or less the PEAK of 2 GQ currently kinda helps a lot for his case.

He has everything you need. In GQ he is SS tier. Buf your arguments makes sense, but Rukia has terrible kit and very high damage. Maybe its better to use Ichigo, because his dmg is ok BUT his has other skills(and better kit)

I cleared Nightmare GQ with Rukia but it took 2hours of resetting to freeze the boss enemy enough time to clear, it was awful. I have both Kenny and Yachiru 2/5 and honestly would use Yachiru over him in all non-guild quest content due to how much better she feels to play. Sure, Kenny has insane damage, but he just feels SO much worse than all the other SS tier speed units imo. It's even more obvious when you compare him to Gremmy's smooth gameplay.

In my opinion, Gremmy deserves a level higher than the rest of the characters as he is the best character in the entire game and is a level above all technique characters attribute in SS. the next tier could be called for example SSS or SS+

I think bambietta is only usable / more suitable when there are melee arrancars enemies. Ichibei, ichigo, toshiro having double killers are more usable. And ichigo having drain has better chance to survive. So 4th place should be good.
Why is Fierce Battle Nnoitra (Heart) only in C tier? He's basically got the same kit as Spot (Power) Nel without the Havoc. When he gets resurrected, which will probably be in 2 years, he will be a beast (if KLAB does him right with SP boost, GB etc).
Any unit that can get chain frozen and die in the point event on auto should not be in the best tier "TYBW Kenpachi". Still a cool unit but man is it dumb he didnt get immunity.
The TYBW Renji that you have in B tier has a great SA1 I think it’s the one this Soi Fon has. I have been hoping Klab make it so we can give any character any skill we want for their bonus abilities imagine giving an older character one of your favorite characters frenzy +2, complete status immunity, a higher bruiser or berserker %. Of course it would be nerfed like most of new characters have 80% status ailment spiritual pressure/attack boost but with we wood be able to give them like 50% like how they do with resurrections.

Toshiro is a lot better than Ichigo, yes Ichigo is good in both of his weeks but melee Soul Reaper has variety, you could just ignore Ichigo and run Yachiru and do just fine. Having run both, Toshiro is a fair bit better than Parasol macy(26.4sec left vs 33.8sec left), Macy doesn't come back as much as Yachiru, Toshiro is also a bonus support for heart attribute soul reapers, ranged sternritter is impossible or almost impossible without Toshiro... Toshiro is more valuable overall, it's the same issue with Mugetsu in a way where he has so many people with melee Hollow killer giving him competition that he's overall not a "required character" great character to be sure but not required. Less so ofc cuz melee sternritter is absolutely EOY Ichigo's domain.

His damage to burning40% and weakening40% enemy is so inconsistent because he only have frenzy 1. Where as Rukia has rampage(100% damage increase) damage inflicted at full stamina 20%, frenzy +2 so she has higher chance to inflict status ailment because more hit not only that she also has increase status ailments chance for consistent status ailment and 80%sp boost the difference between damage no. Is huge and Rukia damage is consistent
A lot of People will probably say yachiru, but i dont like using a move source on a character that is already a filler like yachiru on the current banner. You will probably get another copy whle pulling for anlther unit.
They need to make a full doggie version of sajin getting walked by Iba. His sa 1 is him lifting his leg up and peeing on the enemy. Sa 2 is him dropping a load. Sa3 is him doing a normal bark. Soul bomb is him laying down taking a nap. I think that would make sajin a great character

Hay aaron, i would like to say i disagree with you on the power tier list since soi fon is better than renewed mugetsu. She may not have guard break and better Strong attacks but her team player boosts and her insane clear time because of how easy it is to flash step with her, she has an arguably better killer since hollow killer is overused and she is a great human killer.
I disagree mugetsu is still better compared to her atm personally,but I will say soi fon definitely has been fun to use and my opinion changed after using her but I find mugetsu more valuable atm but I’m glad she also is great for the human GQ for sure😎 she did help me clear that well.
Both are overrated. Ulquiorra is better cause he can consistently keep his weakening longer than Mugetsu and his SA3 is the best SA in the game. Soi Fon sounds incredibly annoying to play with her EX move and her kit is good but nothing crazy. Power > Speed. Only thing Mugetsu has over Ulquiorra is CSI but CSI is for people with skill issue.

In my opinion I would say kenpatchi is the best in the game, I feel gremmy is the better character cause he buffs his allies, but getting 360 so boost is crzy
My only problem with soifon is that she relys to much on FSD. If she gets hit once in IT even 41% stamina recovery is not enough. But she is stong. At 2/5 she struggles a bit in IT. (At least for me)

For Heart: I'd drop down Concord Ichigo, Aizen, and Swimsuit Rangiku. Rangiku and Concord Ichigo would be S teir, Aizen would be A teir. For Power: Drop down 8th Anniversary Ichigo, Yamamoto, and Rukia down to S teir For Speed: I'd drop down Ulquira, Uryu, Tensa, Senjumoru, and Maid Orhime. They can't compete with the power creep anymore. For Tech: Drop beyond bankai Toshiro, Aizen, and Halibel. Again, they can't compete with the power creep For Mind: Drop White and 7th Anniversary Ichigo down to S teir. They can't compete with the power creep.
Definitely over 8y Ichigo. I also have her over Ulquiorra and I think she can be argued best power unit. The whole top 3 is rather interchangeable especially Soi Fon and Mugetsu for 1 and 2.
Ulquiorra is still the best power character. Sorry, I disagree. You are valuing too much on speed and speed isn't enough to warrant #1 spot. You admited they have flaws and their flaws definitely show up in a perspective of ALL GAME MODES, not just ONE. Mugetsu has a good kit, you could maybe argue him (his kit is basically good for everything the only thing he will struggle in is Limit Breaker against the tank mobs) but definitely not Soi-Fon who seems to have the biggest flaws in PvE so putting them both in #1 and 2 is laughable to me. All I see is they are fast so you think fast > better like a lot of people who used to argue TLA Tech Soi Fon was best Tech character back then. Ulquiorra to me doesn't really have a flaw. His SA3 is very good it doesn't matter what you think of charging SAs they are incredibly strong for ALL game modes. (Which is what this tierlist should be about not just one or two) He's only lacking CSI which is a skill issue or casual skill for people who aren't good at the game 😂

I think the placement for bambi is good. She does consistant dmg, can give you team killer effect+, and gets really broken in guild quest.
I would personally choose ichigo over toshiro because he has a better overall kit which makes up for the lack of ex attack .

I think bambietta is only usable / more suitable when there are melee arrancars enemies. Ichibei, ichigo, toshiro having double killers are more usable. And ichigo having drain has better chance to survive. So 4th place should be good.

Why is Fierce Battle Nnoitra (Heart) only in C tier?
He's basically got the same kit as Spot (Power) Nel without the Havoc.
When he gets resurrected, which will probably be in 2 years, he will be a beast (if KLAB does him right with SP boost, GB etc).
Any unit that can get chain frozen and die in the point event on auto should not be in the best tier "TYBW Kenpachi". Still a cool unit but man is it dumb he didnt get immunity.
The TYBW Renji that you have in B tier has a great SA1 I think it’s the one this Soi Fon has. I have been hoping Klab make it so we can give any character any skill we want for their bonus abilities imagine giving an older character one of your favorite characters frenzy +2, complete status immunity, a higher bruiser or berserker %. Of course it would be nerfed like most of new characters have 80% status ailment spiritual pressure/attack boost but with we wood be able to give them like 50% like how they do with resurrections.
Basically any skill you want to give them just a smaller percentage
And also the boost SA2 I feel like the boost should work on all stats stamina and SP included

Toshiro is a lot better than Ichigo, yes Ichigo is good in both of his weeks but melee Soul Reaper has variety, you could just ignore Ichigo and run Yachiru and do just fine.
Having run both, Toshiro is a fair bit better than Parasol macy(26.4sec left vs 33.8sec left), Macy doesn't come back as much as Yachiru, Toshiro is also a bonus support for heart attribute soul reapers, ranged sternritter is impossible or almost impossible without Toshiro...
Toshiro is more valuable overall, it's the same issue with Mugetsu in a way where he has so many people with melee Hollow killer giving him competition that he's overall not a "required character" great character to be sure but not required. Less so ofc cuz melee sternritter is absolutely EOY Ichigo's domain.

@@sBaby-zs6cq no thats a big no😂 Yama soul bomb is insane but nuking meta is long gone. Yama damage output is so low and so inconsistent frenzy+1, 80%sp boost berserker 40 thats all. His damage to burning40% and weakening40% enemy is so inconsistent because he only have frenzy 1.
Where as Rukia has rampage(100% damage increase) damage inflicted at full stamina 20%, frenzy +2 so she has higher chance to inflict status ailment because more hit not only that she also has increase status ailments chance for consistent status ailment and 80%sp boost the difference between damage no. A lot of People will probably say yachiru, but i dont like using a move source on a character that is already a filler like yachiru on the current banner. You will probably get another copy whle pulling for anlther unit.

They need to make a full doggie version of sajin getting walked by Iba. His sa 1 is him lifting his leg up and peeing on the enemy. Sa 2 is him dropping a load. Sa3 is him doing a normal bark. Soul bomb is him laying down taking a nap. I think that would make sajin a great character

Hay aaron, i would like to say i disagree with you on the power tier list since soi fon is better than renewed mugetsu. She may not have guard break and better Strong attacks but her team player boosts and her insane clear time because of how easy it is to flash step with her, she has an arguably better killer since hollow killer is overused and she is a great human killer.
I disagree mugetsu is still better compared to her atm personally,but I will say soi fon definitely has been fun to use and my opinion changed after using her but I find mugetsu more valuable atm but I’m glad she also is great for the human GQ for sure😎 she did help me clear that well.
Both are overrated. Ulquiorra is better cause he can consistently keep his weakening longer than Mugetsu and his SA3 is the best SA in the game. Soi Fon sounds incredibly annoying to play with her EX move and her kit is good but nothing crazy.
Power > Speed. Only thing Mugetsu has over Ulquiorra is CSI but CSI is for people with skill issue.

I'm doing well thanks for asking. Caught me off guard for a second forgive my rudeness. But yeah we definitely don't have that op power unit all in all. Mugetsu was close but no cigar and I just have preferred Ulquiorra more.

In my opinion I would say kenpatchi is the best in the game, I feel gremmy is the better character cause he buffs his allies, but getting 360 so boost is crzy
My only problem with soifon is that she relys to much on FSD. If she gets hit once in IT even 41% stamina recovery is not enough. But she is stong. At 2/5 she struggles a bit in IT. (At least for me)

@@BobTheSquirrel420 not really she has no immunity. has long cooldowns on sa2 and has short range sa1. So she is risky to use. I'd much rather have rampage, berserker or a frenzy+3 character, because no matter what you aren't losing half your damage off 1 single mistake. 😂

For Heart: I'd drop down Concord Ichigo, Aizen, and Swimsuit Rangiku. Rangiku and Concord Ichigo would be S teir, Aizen would be A teir.
For Power: Drop down 8th Anniversary Ichigo, Yamamoto, and Rukia down to S teir
For Speed: I'd drop down Ulquira, Uryu, Tensa, Senjumoru, and Maid Orhime. They can't compete with the power creep anymore.
For Tech: Drop beyond bankai Toshiro, Aizen, and Halibel. Again, they can't compete with the power creep
For Mind: Drop White and 7th Anniversary Ichigo down to S teir. They can't compete with the power creep.

Definitely over 8y Ichigo. I also have her over Ulquiorra and I think she can be argued best power unit. The whole top 3 is rather interchangeable especially Soi Fon and Mugetsu for 1 and 2.

Ulquiorra is still the best power character. Sorry, I disagree. You are valuing too much on speed and speed isn't enough to warrant #1 spot. You admited they have flaws and their flaws definitely show up in a perspective of ALL GAME MODES, not just ONE.
Mugetsu has a good kit, you could maybe argue him (his kit is basically good for everything the only thing he will struggle in is Limit Breaker against the tank mobs) but definitely not Soi-Fon who seems to have the biggest flaws in PvE so putting them both in #1 and 2 is laughable to me. All I see is they are fast so you think fast > better like a lot of people who used to argue TLA Tech Soi Fon was best Tech character back then.
Ulquiorra to me doesn't really have a flaw. His SA3 is very good it doesn't matter what you think of charging SAs they are incredibly strong for ALL game modes. (Which is what this tierlist should be about not just one or two) He's only lacking CSI which is a skill issue or casual skill for people who aren't good at the game 😂
