Yes the Algos is great. I am making a missile /drone vid(s) soon, once I have done the coercer I will have run out of the 'gunboats' :) Early game getting 5 drones out is a longer learn than the guns, so I started there...

Hello Dad Dex... I took your guide to heart and rebuilt the ship, unfortunately now for the 4th time because it didn't work, I always failed because of the clone. apparently the guristas are much stronger. But still a cool guide.
When I started I wish you'd been making video's, instead I had that pillok disownedheroidot and some other useless tutorials. This vid is a great intro to eve and hopefully people find it useful :-) hope to see more from you in future ^^
@@daddex9222No worries, Ive been playing long enough to know what im doing, but I always keep an eye out for good tutorials to link to the innocent when they join the game ^^ gotta get them upto speed so it's less of a seal clubbing XD
I find belt ratting not that fun but the fights you find in low sec are. I do it for a tiny bit of income while getting into fights. If I was gonna rat i would run havens in null sec.
You run null sec Havens and talk about dull???? ;p It And you don't run Havens in a 5mil ship with a few weeks skills :) But if all you need are some fights the belts are a great place to start :)

@@daddex9222 yea i was spinning around 1.500 - 900m he was nuking me 300 a pop with missiles :( looked in the logs and it was Guristas Clone Soldier Recruiter not Serpentis probably that's why. Sorry :D
Great videos! I also tried this thrasher it's so good, omg 300 dps with t2 guns, 2500 shields and passive regen, is it possible to fit ammar frigs/destroyer something similar or they are just too weak compared to other races starting ships?
Glad you are finding the fit useful Bill! Amarr ships should be fine, I will do this with a Coercer at some stage I am sure. It was just luck of the draw that I am getting to Amarr last, I just wanted to take an alpha of each race to a certain level in the vids without too much overlap of content at any one time xD
Battleships you can find just by checking a few belts. The clones are rarer but will be around. If you stay in one system, going through the belts and killing all the rats will start escalating the spawns, so more shadow serpentis, Clone soldiers and Mordu will spawn.
@@daddex9222 Hi, feel like the drops aren't too good now. The most i've had was a 2mil drop... is it possible that it was nerfed ? Or am I unlucky ? or maybe doing something wrong I don't know xD
The drops still drop. I got 2 Mordu battleships on the belts in my lunchbreak a couple of days a go, 1.2 Bil ISK. The Clone soldiers are pretty regular spawns, the Shadow Serpentis less regular and often drop crappy loot so there's no doubt the Loot Fairy was liking me at this time xD

i tried with guristas clone soldier and it didnt work, not enough dps for the 2.5m basic fit

certainly does, doing it right now , no destroyer nerfs at all lately, though close range T2 ammo got a nice buff??

Yeah you're absolutely right, they'll munch through rats and lower level sites, but alpha's can't fly them ;)

Its actually increasing in people.
It's got a lot of content and some of the pve can be therapuetic. Some questionable game changes lately but still good overall.
