I don’t know much about bank jobs. But i can say you as a accountant company hires accountants too much. But in bank there are alot of people already working as a salesperson for credit cards.
Bro if you want to come to dubai. You have to take a risk to left the job and come to dubai and search job. I did same like that i had a job in pakistan with handsome salary but i took a risk and left the company and came to dubai on visit visa and Allhamdulillah i got the job. One more thing, sometime company prefer on that application who is already in dubai. Because when you apply to any job. Company will try to reach you with your phone number and call you. But if your contact number is not dubai based. They will simply ignored you because there are alot of applicants in dubai.
I am not looking for credit card jobs or any sales job, but more of a credit analyst at that level,how can I leave a reputed job here and take such a risk. I am having a good life good salary it's just I wanted a better opportunity but throwing away job here and going to Dubai for a month like a picnic is not 100% guaranteed. but like you said I too feel the same. Either one should have a reference or should be in Dubai, because I have a good cv and experience as an officer level still not a single company had a positive response instead rejected straight away.
