The unit on the top of the refrigerator is the cooling element. If it's electric, it's not just an ice box. That unit creates the cool air and then it falls. It's why the freezers were always on the top. Traditionally, since the cooling unit was at the top, it kept things frozen and then the lower section wasn't that cold. Yes. I am THAT Old.
That white and blue crock thing beside the refrigerator is a mini butter churn and the glass one is for whipping cream I think, or vice versa. Coleman's Mustard! It's the hottest and we use it with our corned beef and cabbage dinner! That cone thing is to drip preserves into the canning jar. You don't get any pulp at all! I will not address the pink toilet.
