Not once did any of the Adelsons call the police investigating Dan's murder and ask if they had any information, sorry Donna but if someone shot my SIL I would be calling police every wk and asking if they knew anymore than when it happened. Reap what you sow Mrs Adelson.

I have to say I'm a little embarrassed because I have never in my life been so invested in a trial before. Forget about watching The real housewives on Bravo. lol this just has alllllllllllll the bells and whistles. I really wish the Markel family well. Really, People, Donna was just going on VACATION… I always plan a vacation suddenly and have to get an emergency VISA and I always consult my lawyer before I plan my trip to make sure I’m not doing anything illegal. And, buying a one-way ticket makes a lot of sense if you aren’t sure how long you’ll be on vacation - I mean I might like being on vacation so much I’d want to stay where I’m vacationing. And I always set up accounts to take care of my grandchildren before i go so that if I am gone for awhile they’ll be taken care of… don’t you all do this when going on VACATION?

Perfectly said! Let’s hope the state will go after Wendi next. SHE single-handedly ruined so many lives. All five who are in jail have children and families abandoned by them. None of these lives would have been ruined if Wendi had pulled her big girl panties up and dealt with the restrictions of co-parenting, a position she put herself in when marrying, having children and then divorcing Dan. Our choices have consequences and sometimes they really suck.
I doubt Charlie will turn on Wendi. He’s relying on her to manage funds for his young son & to keep his & Donna’s commissary accounts filled with cash. They need her on the outside.
I do think Charlie is capable of sticking it to Wendi. 👍
For people who were supposedly supposed to be educated and intelligent they just had no absolute common sense😮😮😮😮

That's what impressed me most when she & Charlie were complaining abt the trial, the jury, Wendy, Georgia, etc... they never mentioned innocence- NOT EVEN ☝🏼 ONE ☝🏼 SINGLE TIME... "I'm being railroaded ma!" Or "I just can't understand how any of this is fair!? How they can make up so much out of nothing... they're lying! Bc you never did any they they said- you've been blamed for something you never did! I can't take it anymore bc you're innocent & I know you are"... NONE OF THAT BS, & it's nonsense. It's ridiculously irrational & absurd!

All I can say is Wendi needs to keep his name out of her mouth. Everytime she insincerely refers to him as Danny it enrages me. Referring to Dan as Danny is obviously reserved for the special people in his life. She obviously doesn't qualify.
Like his friend said there's no bringing Dan back. But his sons deserve to have a relationship with their paternal family.
The heartache the Markel's have endured is cruel and unnecessary.

Yes! Roberta, well done for bringing up John Lewin LA-DA. So many people commented on the way he questioned Durst, (9 days?) they said he was too aggressive towards him but what I saw was a man who was passionate about being able to finally hold Durst accountable for 3 murders 1972, 2000, 2001. If I had a beloved family member missing for 40 years or a loved one who was murdered I’d want someone like Lewin. John Lewin acted like he was fighting for justice for his own family. He caught Durst in lies from the very beginning (RD’s mother’s death), all the way up to the lies of Susan Berman and the nonexistent “staycation”. I just finished watching as much of the trial that I could, including closing arguments. Durst wanted to appear old and sick with dementia BUT he was on a recorded call with Susie Giordano asking if there was a medical test for dementia because he said he wanted to play the part to garner sympathy from the jury. It’s a shame that he was free for 40 years but the trial and verdict offered some of the family members some peace. Even the McCormack’s.

Donna even believing that they could “buy” Dan Markel sons away from living with their dad shows how much the Adelsons worship money. Dan Markel was a man of integrity & no money amount would buy away his sons from his daily life.
Donna always talked in front of the children, believe me,children hear everything even if they don´t understand the whispers,the secrecy, why everyone changes subject around them, as the years go by,they start unerstanding and get curious until the day they revolt. Believe me when I say this, as it comes from a child of an ugly,very public divorce on the newspapers.a child forced to grow up without meeting her own father, being poisoned and brainwashed daily,being a minor having to wait until 18th birthday to search for him in secret,so the family wouln´t know. I identify a lot with what these kids are living and there wasn´t a day without me dreaming about meeting my father and my grandparents - which I did. Imo,The Markel boys KNOW especially now after these arrests that cannot be explained,now,at their age, all dots start to connect and they will research the situation for themselves,imo.And they will NEVER forgive.
Hey Roberta! Did anyone ever catch the clear perjury statement that Wendi made at Charlie’s trial. She said that her mother DID NOT know about the motion to deny visitation to Donna. Georgia then pointed out that Wendi had forwarded the motion/email to Donna and 12 other people!! Busted right there! Donna knew about Danny’s motion against her!

Can't help but think Rashy has replaced Donna's eldest son , albeit a hired son, she needs him and controls him unlike Rob-ever allowed. Dan admitted he's gotten very close with Donna, something that he doesn't do with clients. He also said she reminds him of his own mother. They chat everyday apparently. It's quite odd.
I think Georgia has a rabbit to pull out of a hat in some testimony as she seems less concerned about the taped jail calls over the total picture. I am eagerly awaiting this trial. Thanks for all you do to promote Justice for Dan Markel.

He gave up everything in his crappy little life to impress Mom and Dad and live out some stupid fantasy and his mother was going to dip out of his life forever, right after he told her his sentence was basically a death sentence. The rejection!
But then I think, these lizard people don't think about this kind of stuff. But I hope Charlie wakes up and speaks the whole truth at Wendi's trial. I believe she was the master manipulator of this entire tragedy.

You know damn well the first call Donna made after her arrest was to Harvey directing him to get the money back on the Nam Villa, Plane Tickets, even see if the emergency visa is refundable. Once those first calls are FOIA released with Harvey I'm positive she'll be yapping about the money.

I know its not a Wendi video but Wendi, according to her testimony in the police station was petrified that the killers were going to come after her and the boys yet theres no evidence even from a position out of respect for the boys to contact the police even once, when she moved to Miami, regarding whether the cops had any real leads in finding the killers. She left for Miami and Lawyered up.

I was living in Galveston when Durst was living there but not when they had the trial. We never met haha. I had read a book years before about the disappearance (murder) of his 1st wife so when he was arrested in Galveston i thought good, now he'll finally go to prison. I was furious when he was found not guilty. I think old Tricky Dicky D. greased the appropriate palms. I'm too familiar with Texas "justice".
